looks a different beast these days
never would have come from 4-1 down previously
whichever you shake it he is going to be a max 12-1? for the worlds by start of play
I wouldn't have him much bigger. Not going to be backing him at big double figure prices for anything any time soon.
King acts like a cock as usual. He chucks it then blames the crowd.

Baldfred are restricting at 20-1 for the biggun, Hills have stopped laying and Sid J are about to cut. Anything 16-1+ is the wrong price imo.

I didn't see it by Dallas lost by 2, scoring a last minute touchdown when we had the bet winning, then securing an onside kick then missing the winning field goal
Sounded a crazy one
Another bet down.

I don't know if Fred has already put this on as it's been bumped a few times but Micheal Van Gerwen won another Players Championship today and his price is slowly coming down to what it should be.
Probably the last time you will see 80's before Christmas
http://www.oddschecker.com/other-sports/darts/pdc-darts-world-championships/pdc-world-championship/winner
Fred really should back this. The 80s has gone but still some 66/1 at Ladbrokes.
This is deffo a bet, the price is still too big and is a great spot by Snowball imo.
I can only take the credit for bumping it the last couple of times.
I wouldn't put anyone off backing him to win the Grand Prix in Dublin which starts on Monday, he was was 40/1 earlier with Hills>25s and best priced 33s now.
On current form their would only be just over a handful of Players that will beat him if he plays to form.
The 180 bet went South with a tie, King just didn't play well tonight but as usual blames the crowd, did anyone bet MvG on the outrights?

Can happily post at length, but I'm not putting up a formal recommended bet as (a) I have no record, (b) I don't have a sufficiently good understanding of market value and (c) it's a subject I appreciate Tikay has little taste for.
Strictly Come Dancing.
Dancer with most potential in both disciplines (ballroom and Latin), with a decent following, a proven, popular partner, who will definitely improve and will likely be endeared by the public in the weeks to come: Dani Harmer. Currently 27-1 on Betfair to win.
Those preferring a more obvious slow burner might like Pendleton at 16-1.
Those who want a front runner will like Denise van Outen at 7-2.

Daily Report @ 1100, Monday October 15th
(covering two days)
We managed to lose £146 over the weekend.
6 bets completed, only one got home.
I think we may have been fortunate to lose so little, too, as I was being especially nitty with the Stakes this weekend, as I was rather busy with other stuff, & could not spend any time looking at the bets or thread properly.
The following all went south.....
3G flattered only to decieve, headed the Europeans for 2 days, then fell right away, & we were nearer the corner flag than the post eventually. -£20.
The Ravens failed, too, but only by the very closest of margins, &, I gather, a shade unluckily. -£55.
King tied the 180's bet, but we get nothing for a tie. The game ran to plan, with plenty of legs, which should have been in our favour. Shoulda woulda coulda. -£50.
Vanderbilt, no idea what went off, but it lost. -£55
Preston, we had a grand price I think, but stalemate ensued. -£20.
On the other side of the ledger, Scotty gave us a lovely 9/5 winner, Silva to win in the 1st. The guy knows his MMA. +£54.
Danny Kedwell scored for the Gills, so that helped, too.
We do have one terrific piece of value on the go, in Van Gerwen to win the Worlds, we have him @ 50/1 (66/1 missed) thanks to Bazza. Mr Van is now 18/1 Best Price.
http://www.oddschecker.com/other-sports/darts/pdc-darts-world-championships/pdc-world-championship/winner
Greening out options are not under consideration, obviously, nothing further from my mind.
For those too squeamish to watch the Silva fight (deffo includes me) - some thought he had almost paralysed the hapless villain - here's the photo cliffs. I've included photos of all our other weekend winners, too.

Sigh. For one so erudite, you disappoint me.
Do you not watch University Challenge, or other non-dumbed Shows instead of that pap, which one normally associates with the Chompy's of this world?
I suppose it is a class thing. I cannot imagine any Arsenal supporters stoop so low.

So we lost our way a little this weekend, my head was a bit all over the place with work & stuff which never helped, so we need to get back on track now.
Monday Night Football returns tonight, & it's a right cracker - Port Vale v Oxford.
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-2/port-vale-v-oxford/winner
I'm confident that we must have some Port Vale experts amongst us.
The first leg of the Elite Speedway Final is televised tonight, too, with Swindon outsiders of two to take the Title. The word from the boys is that Swindon can overcome the odds here.

I love University Challenge. Auditioned for it myself once. Got to the final ten but didn't make the team. Also love Only Connect, which follows immediately on BBC4.
Erudition, my dearest fellow, requires more than Epicurean or hedonistic luxury; it is by definition the breadth and depth of knowledge, experience and understanding which engenders the most acute and warmest sensations realised in the very act of learning.

Website says 16th (so tomorrow), old bean.
Depending on the outcome, it will be self-congratulation or self-flagellation.

(Although I was pretty pleased with getting "Will Self" into a pun, I prefer yours for being in perfect context)
