Apart from Betfair is anyone doing any WSOP markets?, I had a look on Oddschecker and Ladbrokes and couldn't see it but it may have been me. You'd think this would be the perfect time to offer it with a more manageable number.

I'm not sure who make the recommend or if Fred took it up but I have been nursing a bookings bets on Marcus Rojo as most booking points for Argies.

He appears to be on 2 bookings and everyone else that had been booked just the one. I presume, someone will need to be sent off for this not to be at least a partial winner?

(courtesy of TheChipPrince)

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/world-cup/argentina/most-player-booking-points

Marcos Rojo. Starts LB for Argentina at the WC.

Booked x6/sent off x2 since Xmas in 14 games for Sporting Lisbon. 12/1 most Arg bookings

obviously its a competitive heat with Mascherano, Zabaleta, De Michelis et al, but it looked an interesting spot

perhaps horsey would have an idea.

Found it. Chip Prince. Ty either way

Same goes for the Strictly Come Dancing markets, please.

Plenty of rumours as to who's competing. A few near certainties and a few purely paper talk. Not many jumping out as real candidates for a win, though.

Be kind on a Sunday morning, looking for feedback - trying to learn...

Been looking at 4.30 Sligo 10 runner h.cap hurdle, Good to Firm, Good in places.

Of top 6 in betting:

Snoqualmie Chief -  appears to want soft ground, forecast showing dry for rest of day
Mojito Royale -  won last time, but hasn't been able to string together decent performances in the past
The Black Russian - likely to need the run after a break , appears to be best later in summer

This leaves The Ring Is King, Dubawi Phantom and Mighty Whitey who all seem to have valid claims and arguably more consistent than the above. If I had to pick one would go for The Ring Is King ridden by the capable K Sexton taking off 5lb

Propose betting these 3 win only as race not great for e/w   7,8 & 9/1 respectively

Boom! The Ring Is King wins   SP 11/2

Open Golf - now a few firms going 7 places with Betfair as previously mentioned going 8 places.  All these bets are likely to be profitable unless they are far away from true odds.

Obviously though we want to take the most profitable bet so that means comparing say 50-1, 7 places with 40-1, 8 places.

I've made a little spreadsheet to compare the offers.  It has two assumptions:

The Betfair mid-price (the average of the back and lay odds eg back 20 lay 21 = mid price 20.5) represents true odds.

That a golfer has the same chance of finishing first as finishing 3rd or eighth.  Don't think this assumption is hugely out for the majority of the field.  But happy to debate the point.

It's on google drive for anyone who wants to download
