Joint favourites again,  Fleur missing the voters by a mile there,  done a bit of reversing, all well above the earlier 1.7 so all good.

Fleur through to the last two, gone through as the definite outsider of two.

Good night for the portfolio.  Somebody else has to do tomorrow's in running.

First song seemed messy, didn't seem a good choice.  Thought the 2nd was fine.  I think she does Uptown Funk again tomorrow, which has to be good for us.   Opening up 8/11 Ben, 11/8 Fleur.  Feels about right with our best song to come.

Annoying, but I thought she was the weakest of the 3 tonight, and we've got the Cowell express to thank for her making the final.

Do we have the singing order yet?

Prob worth backing Fleur before Uptown Funk, and then laying it back after.

Good that Louis & Dermot are toeing the line, and following instructions with their thoughts on the night.

I have never seen the order much before the start of the program, so won't expect to see it soon if at all.  I spent much of tonight's show wondering when she was going to sing it, and then wondering why she was singing it with Labrinth.

Was the worst of the 3 tonight, but deserved it on what she has done in the past.  Rare Cowell missteps with the song choices there, but we live on.

Outstanding Bets £4029.21

losers, two in Scottish football costing £53

Dundee were 2-0 down at Hamilton early and lost 2-1

Dundee Utd failed to score at home to Aberdeen, so the BTTS lost

in the Formula-E motor racing Buemi won, and the Senna bet lost. Vergne was recommended at 25-1 and i couldn't get the thread on. He qualified on pole, went off 7/4 favourite and was running second until a late accident

ongoing positions

X Factor

concludes tonight, and we are green-green wanting Fleur East to bounce back from last night's mixed performance and win. She is the underdog to Ben Haenow

Strictly

our two next elimination bets were 4th and 5th of 5 on the judges leaderboard. Would hope Mark and Jake are the bottom two this evening and we can freeroll the dance off

Rugby

Toulouse beat Glasgow 12-9 away and are now the only unbeaten team remaining in this season's European Champions cup with 4 wins from 4 and with two games remaining are well on their way to qualifying and a home quarter final. Backed at 25-1 each way, they are now 7-1 fourth favourites

One of the reasons i like them is that they have flexibility of style. Yesterday on a soft pitch thety had to defend and they have a fantastic back row to do so picking any three of Dusatoir, Nyanga, Picamoles and Harinordiquoy. When conditions are better they have Fickou, Medard, Clerc, Huget and Poitrenaud to form one of the most potent back lines around

Yesterday Bezy kicked all four penalties to win

Tighty could you try and get £10 on no try scorer in tomorrows Scarlets/Ulster game, it's 33-1 with Ladbrokes and it can't be bigger than a 10-1  shot. I did the same bet today for the Glasgow game so I am hoping for a weekend double.

Well done Chompy on the Simon Cowell bet, £50 @ 4/1.

Nice tip in the E-racing thing by Pete 27, shame Fred could not get on, but it does not matter, I'm sure plenty did.

We ran a bit bad with KMac, we have, quite inadvertently, missed a load of winners from him, but we got on yesterday on the nut wrong day.. Keep them coming please.

Love that Toulouse bet, on @ 25/1, in to 7/1 already.

More good Basketball news, if I read it right.

Tonight it is "Go Fleur", & "go away Mark & Jake". I think. And the Packers.

Seems punting on Reality TV is the way to go, it must be near the top of the ROI tables now.  Who'd have thought?

Well done all.

Also tonight, we have a tenner on Lewis to topple Rory. This is going to be closer than it looked at one point.

Think there's a bit of value in under 18.5seconds delay between Dermot saying "The winner is..." and announcing it. It was 17 seconds last year, 19 seconds the year before, and he generally seems to have sped up a bit this year. Last night it was 13secs before announcing "Ben" over Andrea. 11-10 with bwin.

X Factor is set for an overhaul next year and think we should be backing 'one' at 4-1 and 'none' at 16-1.

http://www.oddschecker.com/tv/x-factor/2014-judges-to-stay-as-2015-judges

It's unlikely Mel B will be back imo, likewise Cheryl, and Louis's race looks to finally be run. Rec £20 on each ta.

If anyone has any free bets to use then the "no try scorer" bet in the Scarlets/ Ulster game is a good use for it. I make it a 10-1 shot and there are plaenty of bookies offering about 20-1 and Ladbrokes were 33-1, but not checked yet this morning.
