How the FIFA presidencial election works:

  • Sepp Blatter and Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein will both have opportunities to address the FIFA Congress.
  • Each of FIFA's 209 associations should have a vote, although a few can face disqualification for reasons such as not playing in competitions.
  • If either candidate achieves two-thirds of the eligible vote in the first round then he wins outright - if there are 209 votes that means 139 to win outright.
  • If there is no outright victory, the winner will simply be whoever gains more votes in the second round.

Will he be ousted, in the wake of the scandal?

lol offer at Betdaq

They are offering 50% of losses up to £25 as "non-withdrawable cash" if you download and use Geeks Toy Bet Angel etc.

I can't be bothered working out what to do with "non-withdrawable cash" to give it any value.

Well you can bet with it and withdraw any winnings and then keep betting with it until you lose it. So it's better than a SNR free bet.

http://sports.williamhill.com/bet/en-gb/betting/g/5173149/Match-Betting.html

Esports>League of Legends>Team Liquid to beat Team Dragon Knight.

8/15 WH
1/2 bet365

Already 1.45 on pinnacle, news filtering through that TDK are playing with three substitutes. They have also lost 3 bans this game.
I reckon come game time, Saturday, Team Liquid are going to be 1/4.

no idea what this is  Tongue but wh still holding 8/15, into 4/11 with beteveryday now

I don't understand it either but exstream is red hot on these. And Pinnacle are red hot on everything Wink

But you have to be able to identify that the bet is placed with the "non withdrawable cash", so I would imagine that you would have to empty the account except for the "non withdrawable cash".  (there is also the possibility that non withdrawable winnings arise from non withdrawable bets).

Anyway its an obviously deceptive promo - in big words "Cash back" in very small print "it's not really cash".

Team liquid vs tdk is in America
European games end at 9pm today

Team liquid game is definitely 9pm Saturday, not sure why hills say today, guess they just close the odds for American games when Europe ends.

Still two behind Broad, but fancy Jimmy to take a few more today if the rain holds off.

Pissing down at hove this afternoon.  All wides so far if anyone is looking for a friday afternoon spin up after work.  Some at big prices as well including a 20/1 poke which beat the biggest gamble of the day given it a start.

Counting under way in the FIFA Farce.
They have some nice French music playing in the auditorium. "Non, je ne regrette rien" might be appropriate in the circumstances, mais non.

2nd ballot, will still be the same result?

I think it was 103-73 to Blatter.
I can't see any reason why the 2nd round would be any different. If there were 3 or 4 candidates, the 2nd round is more significant.

I think it was Disreili who said democracy is two wolves and a lamb deciding what to have for lunch.
