Off for a curry as soon as the bags racing finishes.  Won't have time to do a write up.  Will only just get back for start of first race at 730pm.  Any reason why Sunderland not on rpgtv tonight?  Just romford and 15 min gaps between every race.

http://www.oddschecker.com/darts/pdc-world-championship/gary-anderson-v-james-wade/handicaps

Ok let's start the year off with a bang.  I just can't have Anderson as big as 4/9 v Wade.  Been discussed previously.  Wade only player in the event left who still hasn't averaged 96 in any game.  I don't buy all the hype from Bristow he is suddenly a 100 average man and smashing in 180s.  Would be more than happy to smash into the 4/9 as close to max bet levels.

Put a bit more meat on the bone (we can get on at sportingbet i think).  £200 Anderson -1.5 sets at 3/4 looks a cracking wager to me.  Don't think we will get bigger on the machine after commission.  Couldn't put anyone off backing Ando 5-0 either at double figure prices who those who prefer a working man's price.

.....and we get off to a flyer in 2016 with a nice £150 profit, lovely job, well done Argue.

Ok.

No I hadn't noticed that, I know there were going to be some schedule changes but not sure why just the one track tonight.

if you want to see the 71 open bets going into 2016, the spreadsheet at

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eCEvN9MELsUxB81rHuWrfoX3zwIMPQQ205Lcjm3kbgU/edit#gid=34

is as clean as it will be, with no bets settled yet

£3.9k of positions

EV of? above £3.9k? below?

If anyone has a few minutes to spare, that's well worth a peruse.

Some bets, with hindsight, look amazing.

Leicester City, £50 @ 3/1 to be relegated will have looked a great bet at the time, especially considering last season's great escape.

How are the "Jockey" bets getting on?

Who is "P Glenister" (next Top Gear Presenter)?

QPR need to pull their finger out.

Arsenal, FA Cup & EPL double please.

Go Watford.

Dicky Johnson is past the post barring a broken leg or some such.

Philip Glenister is still a possible, but who knows? They're keeping it all very hush hush.

We also still have the Guus Hiiddink profit to add in once they've played ten games under him.

Dickie done and dusted. BFSB had a bet up at 4-1 for him to beat McCoys record, which looked tempting but haven't looked into it yet.

If Dickie does come a cropper, I'm pretty sure Fred had a bit on Aiden Coleman at 50-1, who is currently in second.

Thoughts on Wolves to beat Brighton this afternoon? Perhaps draw no bet?

Brighton look to have been in a false position all season to me - not won a game by more than a single goal all season, which is pretty incred for a team in 4th at this stage of the year. They now have mounting injury problems all over the place but particularly in defense which has been their strength over the past few seasons. They're also unable to play on-loan Rajiv van la Parra, who had been one of their better offensive outlets, against his home club.

Wolves had a bad result against Sheff Wed before Christmas but two positive wins since. Their results have been substantially better on the road than at home too, and they've only lost one of their last six away (3 wins).

Of course the bookies know all this but is 6/4 DNB a fair price?

Good shout  Mr Fairway Wedge.

Quick summary of the coronation cup heats tonight as curry house doesn't open til 530pm!  Track looked pretty fair yesterday for the bags meeting so hoping for no biases.  Not sure what the weather has been like in Essexshire today.

heat 1.  Surprised there is money for t4 will be laying that at the current prices.  Looked badly drawn to me so wide out
Heat 2 - clipper looks big to me at 4/5 given t2 is an 8 bend dog and t5 will move left and give clipper all the room in the world to get clear early.  Only worry is the 1 month lay off.
Heat 3 - Will be laying t2 around the 3/1 mark.  t4 should get a lovely run early with 3 moving left and slow away.  Don't think there is much between 4 and 6 so will probably be laying the jolly around evens as well.
Heat 4 - Fav looks very hard to oppose in this.
Heat 5 - t2 doesn't look a bang railer so should give t1 a lovely solo along the rails to power home later.  Can it get up? No bob for it to beat this time.  Surprised it isn't shorter in the ante post markets tbh.  Love the dog and easy to see why there has been money for it today.  Hutton dog in 5 looks badly drawn and i will be laying that at the prices.  t4 isn't a kipper out the boxes and could do t5 up early and give t1 plenty of time to power home.
heat 6 - Very competitive.  At the prices i will be with t6 and laying the badly drawn t3.  Looks a bad fav to me.

Heat 2 & 3 of the Coronation Cup tonight -

Fivestar Clipper (4/5) and Swift Whirlwind (5/4) don't look like they can be beat and 3/1 the double best prices available with BV and look too good to turn down.

I had a look on BV site and it just showed the dogs at SP though despite oddschecker showing the prices here : http://www.oddschecker.com/greyhounds/romford/20:18/winner

I've had a £200 double and would recc similar if funded and can get on etc.....
