Result pretty much irrel from here. Bolton went off 9 on the machine and were traded for plenty at odds-on when in front.

Thread can ill afford to lose Arb.

Don't think anyone disagrees with the last statement, but in turn, sure it can't be that hard to behave like an adult.

Even I manage to do it nowadays (most of the time)

spend all week acting like an adult and getting nowhere, give over on the weekend Wink.

Losing arb would be a huge negative. I'm one of the lol punters who doesn't take betting too seriously, I just see it as a bit of fun and if I earn a bit of beer money then woop-dee-doo. Arb has definitely helped get the flat Britannia stadium carlsbergs in for me in my relatively short time on blonde. Surely we can get over that for the big +ev. Kiss and make up, oatcakes and Stella's all round.

2-0 win for Altenholz reports the club Facebook page.

The Oldenburger SV keeper was sent off for dissent last week. He called an opposition spectator a clown which earned a straight red from the ref. Not sure if this brings a one match ban or more. If he is still banned next week I will probably look to oppose them again.

German lower league football

Not for fred but in case anyone want to follow me in or put this in an acca.

TSV Altenholz travel to Olbenburger SV in the Schleswig Holstein League on Saturday. This is the fifth tier of German football, below the third tier the pyramid operates regional leagues.

Oldenburger SV are the team representing the northern island of Fehmarn on the Danish border (although they play just over the bridge on the mainland) - a good friend of mine is from the island.

Last week Oldenburger SV won an entertaining 4-3 match with 9 men after being 3-0 up. Those two players are now suspended. Importantly, one of them is their keeper and I have word that their reserve keeper isn't up to much. The two games he has played this season have ended up heavy defeats. Added to this are injuries including their new signing for the second part of the season, a Syrian refugee who has been playing well.

The two teams have pretty similar records in the league with SV being a few points ahead. Altenholz are on a 4 game winning run and have won their last two away games 3-0 with an aggregate of 11-1 over the four matches.

For balance they lost their first three games after the winter break so they are 4-3 overall. Personally in the lower leagues I consider form after the winter break very important compared with the overall table as teams often do a lot of restructuring over the winter, with players coming and going and so forth.

356 price up Altenholz at 8/5 and I like that bet.

I would suggest keeping stakes small or putting it in your Saturday acca.

There are a few other German lower league bets I like this week but I like this one the best

Jason dozzell scored on his debut for ipswich aged 16.

Today his son andre scored on his debut for ipswich aged 16 yesterday.

As well as being pretty amazing it makes me feel old

What's the weather forecast, Peter? Would unpredictability might favour the McLarens? Jenson was so uncomplimentary about the tyre degradation, it sounds like he'd welcome less resistance.

A little carnage would also help Lewis, of course.

Dry weather predicted. Although it was supposed to be sodden in qualifying, and it wasn't, so who knows! The track does have a microclimate so it's hard for the weather systems to be hugely accurate. Unpredictability would of course favour the McLaren's, they need it to do anything major really.

Had another look, still a complete lack of markets. I was hoping for a "leader after first lap" market again, but it's not there. Not sure what's going on, very strange!

They're all dodging you, Peter Grin
