Tighty, you missed this one off the spreadsheet. Fantastic qualifying for Rio today, better than I had anticipated, P17. He's driving very well this weekend.

A couple more bet suggestions.

Podium Finish - Sergio Perez @ 5/1 with Boyle/Betfrod/Hills. In my mind, the correct price is 7/2. Sergio starts 7th tomorrow, but without doubt he's the third quickest driver this weekend. What we saw in today's GP2 race was that grid position didn't really matter because the long straight would bunch the cars up every lap due to the slipstream effect, as did numerous safety cars. If Sergio avoids the inevitable opening lap pile-up, he should score a podium. Suggest £50. Note: this one is mainly for Fred, I personally wouldn't lump more on if you took this suggestion when I originally posted it.

Leader After First Lap - Sebastian Vettel @ 8/1 with paddipower (7/1 is okay too). Starts third, on the clean side of the track, and I expect him to lead by turn eight. Whether or not he can hold on to this down the start/finish straight remains to be seen, but 8/1 is not a price I would be offering. Suggest £20.

Meanwhile, for the spread aficionados, C.Sainz Jr/F.Alonso, buying Sainz at 4 looks like a great spot to me given that McLaren will be poor in the latter half of the race when they have to save fuel.

The ATP Nottingham starts tomorrow and we have the opportunity to back one of my favourite players to win it. Decent grass courters are hard to find here, we have Anderson and Muller who have good serves, and we have Johnson and Querrey who have more to their game. Iam  hoping that Marcos Baghdatis will have a big week here as I love watching him play. He made my shortlist for last week and should have gone a set up when he played Zverev but blew it.

Suggest Baghdatis £10 e/w @ 14-1 with betvictor or betfred.
