Thanks to all those who congratulated me about the F1 success at the weekend.

Motorsport continues its rise up the TFT rankings, overtaking Baseball, and now very close to NFL Smiley

Anyhow .. looking at the F1 championship, I believe now is the time to bet on Ferrari to win the constructors championship. Unlikely to happen, but you never know with the two Mercedes drivers continuing to ruin each others races when they both qualify at the front.

There are some mad prices around on the exchange, but anything at 33/1 + is worth doing. I've done £10 at 81/1 on the exchange. Suggest this for the thread also.

Apparently, easyjet doesn't do flights from Oakland direct to Cleveland, so the Cavs had to do a stop over.

XS nightclub in the Wynn last night in Las Vegas:

It is reported they drank Don Julio 1942 tequila, Belvedere vodka and Moët et Chandon champagne. Not being funny and I know the prices in these clubs are simply insane, but could they not have purchased some better quality alcohol?

Perhaps they'd run out of Aftershock, WKD Blue and Liebfraumilch?

Wynn sportsbook comp'd this party i reckon hence the budget drinks labels after laying a money buyer £5m at 1/25 on GS after game 4 as they 'couldn't lose' because no one ever come back from 3-1 down in the finals in 33 attempts.

Thanks for all your F1 tips Peter, they are much appreciated.
What are your feeling on the drivers championship? Hamilton is currently 1.84 (5/6) and Rosberg 2.34 (11/8) on Betfair exchange. Do you think those prices are an accurate reflection?

15 days for calling the officials corrupt seems pretty light to me.

True though. You'd be pushed to find any British jockey or trainer who thinks otherwise.

The prices are right, the order is wrong. They should be the other way around. The only reasons I haven't suggested that as a bet is because: A) we already have money on Rosberg. B) There will come a point in time where Hamilton closes the gap, and Rosberg's price will grow, whilst still leading the championship.

Cavs huddle at the taxi rank at McCarron...

"We'll go to XS"
"You serious? Have you seen the prices in that place?"
"What? It's like 25 bucks to get in, dude!"
"No, costs way more if you want a table"
"Yeah, LeBron. It's a 1k minimum spend per head for a table and like 10 each for a good one"
"Serious?"
"Yeah."
"Well I want the best table in the house"
"That's probably like 25k each."
"King, I got like 200 bucks on me"
"Kyrie?! What's the matter with you?!"
"I didn't expect we'd win. Have you seen Steph play?!"
"What about the rest of you?"
[Awkward silence]
"Jeez. Ok guys, I'll pay but I am not carrying a huge bill. We will have the nicest table but we will budget to the minimum spend"
"Wow, you really are the greatest"
"I know. I know."
"Let's have a look at the drinks menu. What can I get for three quarters of a million dollars..? Ok. I've worked it out. Is everyone ok drinking Moe-ay?"
"Er...LeBron? It's pronounced Mo-ette"
"What? It's French?"
"Yeah but it's pronounced Mo-ette"
"I can't believe you've brought two hundred bucks out with you and you're trying to correct me on my pronunciation."
"Sorry, King"
"That's OK. Thompson, beer me."
"Sure thing, King. Carling or Bud Light?"
"Sigh..."

Surprisingly knowledgeable about quality beverages for an alleged teetotaller.

I'm starting to think he's actually a bon vivant on the QT, maybe just in Vegas.

4 of the top 5 in the outright betting are headed into the same half of the euros last 16. If Spain avoid defeat against Croatia they avoid the other 4 market leaders .Top half likely to be Spain, Belgium, Wales, Poland...

BFSB are out of line on Italy to win at 15.0, they trade at 13.75 on the exchange, draw potentially opening up for them too as Tighty mentioned above

I know Fred has trouble getting on at BFSB, can have £20 with me if you want it

Italy have to go through Germany and France too. The draw has opened up for Belgium......Wales"s quarter.

You could also argue that the draw has opened up for Wales now...

entirely fair point. If Spain lose to Croatia then they end up in the bad half too. As it is Spain have to be favourites but there is meaty ew value on whichever of Belgium, Poland, Wales etc you like.
