Next race has got 17.

6/1 going fast on Final Reckoning.  Tighty about?

Edit.  Guess not.  Obv hoses home now.  Beats betfair on win and place (easily).  Drawn in the favoured 1 slot.

I could have done it.  Just needed a nod.  No matter, all gone.

Edit.  My fault, did intend to post when the runners were clear, but left it too late.  Meanwhile, the last race is down to 14.

Inevitable oioi.

Changed my mind.  I blame Tighty.  Should be chained to the board 24/7.

Hope somebody got on.

Evening tighty.

Could we have £20 on Hull to beat Wigan tonight. Hull produced the best performance I have seen this year when they beat St Hekens in a previous round. Wigan have a number of key injuries and suffer from not scoring enough. The 6/5 is good enough for me.

Suggest £20 Hull @ 6/5 with coral or Hills

Hull Wigan v Hull Winner
6/5
Total Stake: £20.00
Potential Returns: £44.00

Was ok.  I wasn't serious.  I just forgot about it until it was too late.  Maybe we smash them tomorrow instead.

German lower league football starts this weekend. The Regional League North East (4th tier) is interesting this season. A number of former big clubs from the East have struggled in the united German leagues and some have fallen down the pyramid. There seems a big disparity between some of the teams in the division this season. I've not seen any odds for the title and I'm not sure you can bet it, but to me there are four sides who will challenge for promotion. Dynamo, Berliner AK and the excellently named Wacker Nordhausen all strengthening in the off season and Cottbus relegated from the third tier. Carl Zeis Jena could be a long shot outsider. I'd place BAK and Nordhausen as the top two.

FC Schönberg 95 host Berliner AK in the first match of the season.

BAK are a new money side with no tradition but a wealthy chairman (think of a smalltime version of Hoffenheim). They went on an amazing run in the second half of last season losing just one league match after Christmas, playing great football and ended up missing out on the promotion play off by the slenderest margin on goal difference to Zwickau. Along with Zwickau they were the class of the league and the two teams ended up 16 points clear
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fu%C3%9Fball-Regionalliga_Nordost_2015/16

Schönberg are one of the poorer sides in the league. If German leagues were linear they would likely be a couple of divisions below BAK, but as they are split into five regions so there is some imbalance in each division and the gulf in class seems large this year. They haven't really made many changes in the off season and the manager has been quoted in saying he would be happy to avoid relegation again.

BAK are 1/2 to win with Lads which of course is very skinny but they just seem like they have too much quality to me.

Not gonna recommend such a short priced obscure match for Fred, but I'm gonna be betting on it myself so I wanted to add it to the thread.

Okay, so I was purposely waiting until after Friday practice to post any bet suggestions. The Hockenheim track is a unique one in terms of historical data providing very little insight year-on-year. It's a bit on an anomaly really, but the thermal tyre degradation on this track is never really consistent.

Anyhow, here are my suggestions based on what we saw today:

Race Winner - Nico Rosberg @ 6/4 with various. Lewis has the momentum at the moment, and he is rightly the favourite, however 6/4 on Nico is too high - especially at his home race. To give some idea of where the cut off point is, 11/10 on Nico for pole is not a bet. Suggest £20.

Points Finish - Daniil Kvyat @ 9/4 with various. The Russian has been off form lately following his Red Bull demotion. However, this weekend through the two practice sessions so far, he appears to have matched his team mate. A bit of luck and Daniil could score points. Suggest £20.

Winning Margin - 5-9 999 Seconds @ 11/4 with Coral. Given how often the winning margin is between these figures, a price of nearly 3/1 just seems too high to me. Suggest £20.

That's all for now, will re-review pre-qualifying Smiley
