Peter,

I've sussed the TV times for the F1 GP, & will be up at 0530 to watch on both Saturday (Qualifying) & Sunday (Race).

Is the pretend one - the E-Prix or whatever it's called - televised? It was on ITV last season, but I can't see it scheduled this weekend.

First of all, it's not pretend, it's an entirely different concept. Both series are FIA run and both series are top-level racing categories. Given that from season five, nearly every major car manufacturer is signed up to Formula E, it's only a matter of time before that overtakes F1 as the pinnacle of motorsport.

It is televised on channel five at 8:30 AM (ish?) UK time.

careful on the safety car at 17/10 its a palp, prices been entered the wrong way round. yes price is 2/5

Ahh missed that ..

Well, I was right in as much as 17/10 would have been value Smiley

Thanks Peter.

Was about 1/5 you'd bite at "pretend". 😎

1/5 is value on that I would say.

We moan about British bookmakers a bit..

But just imagine we are in India and want a little flutter on the Kabaddi World Cup.

Feast your eyes on IndiaBet's over round on the tournament..

It's worse than a BAGS race at Kinsley!

Gd lk with the sprinter doobs, like robot boy there fwiw

Good to see you have not lost your touch, John. Well done.

Paddies power have gone 1/3 no San Marino goalscorer against northern Ireland today

Far to big no good for Fred but worth a lump if anyone can

Scored once away in a qualifier since 2001 in 30 odd games

There are 3 16+ runner handicaps at York today that I need to have a look at.  Unfortunately the one at Newmarket has already lost 2 runners, so will leave that to last if I have time.

In the interim, I think we should have 25 each way on First Selection at 33/1 in the 2.40 at Newmarket.  He ran well in both the 2000 gunieas and french 2000 before floundering around on soft a couple of times.  Maybe he has deteriorated, but a mile on soft is probably too far for him too.

Only 365 (and racebets) are quarter first 3.  So you'll have to go through me.  Please confirm if you want this

The 3.10 is also intersting, as a few are offering quarter 3 places and there are a couple of rags.

There are probably 3 or 4 promising fillies I could pick out, and probably 3 are each way value, as the place value is so good..  I am going for spacial though.  She beat Sobetsu in teh last race, before the latter went on to win by 10 lengths (and is favourite here).

Suggest 25 each way Spacial 5/1 with corals.

FWIW I have an each way double on.

Morning Doobs.

The blonde PM service appears to have crashed & burned this morning (or it has for me), so I doubt you got the PM I tried to send you.

Just so you know, I sent you the £50 for this bet by Bank TX this morning, so we are now square, I think.

Flat Jockey Title update.

With Jim CROWley now 13 ahead, no SDS chasing around up to Newcastle later and then 6 days left, it feels like the trophy must surely be Jim CROWleys for the taking.

I think Fred has a nice saver bet on Jim CROWley.

It will take an extraordinary week for Jim CROWley to not win the title now.

No, it's not you John, there are some problems with the Forum Software right now, & parts of it seem to have fallen over, or off. Or both.

Poor Tighty is on the case with the Server people. Lovely way to spend Saturday morning, & he has my sympathy. I'm dreading a PM from him which says "send money".......

Not just a saver in the end, was a complete turnaround in thread's position.

Crowley has been in complete conTROLL for ages now.
