Cliffs - Boston Celtics signed a player for £97 milly - & he broke his ankle in Boston Celtics opening game.

Whatever way you look at it, that's gotta hurt.

That's his salary over the length of his contract.  Not a transfer fee like in football.

On a similar line Tatum for rookie of the year is too big at 14/1.   This is probably even stronger than the Irving bet.  He will directly replace the injured Haywood in the line up and the ROY prices were based on him being a bit part player for a contender.  Now he will probably have a starting spot or greatly increased minutes at worse.  £100 win

No luck with that one - he is now 8/1 generally. Corals go a mythical (for Fred) 12/1, but they won't lay us a bean.

I should be able to do BV if fred wants a dabble (on Sterling, not Costa Rica), or if people have any thoughts on it (Sterling, not Costa Rica) then would be interested to see what the consensus is
