A possible angle in the FedEx golf, Rory has an amazing record on rain soaked golf courses. They’re delayed on account of torrential rain. 11/10 Rory vs JT, with the big caveat that I think Thomas is the best around here. Maybe more appealing, 10/1 Rory to win it all, he does tend to be incredible when a course that’s usually difficult course is wet.

OK, no two balls. Tiger for a bad day is my other shout, he’ll not be comfortable smashing it off the tee and big spin control issues, no one spins it more.

Not disputing your rationale, but Noren?

Good shout, does he control it better though? Maybe we’ll take them both on in doubles? Rickie and Amour for me, I can’t actually get on atm though.

I've never understood this 'past record' stuff. Only one of today's starters for Posh has ever played in the fixture, so it's beyond irrelevant.

I'm playing Posh goals instead but wouldn't put anyone off at 2-1+.

Yeah firmly agreed about the 'istry angle (apart from when City go to Anfield fml), but I'm guessing it must form some weight for bookies logic when they price up games like these? Trying to rationale why Southend went off as faves today despite being firmly midtable, with mixed form and suffering from a number of injuries/suspensions. Still early doors in the season but Posh with 3/3 away from home and topping the table....seemed like the odds were the wrong way round?

Hope 3 goals were enough for ya! Smiley

Poshies have been running better than Jerry Yang so far if I'm being honest.

At some point all our timely blocks and shoddy finishing from opponents will turn.

Saying that, Marcus Maddison, Jamie Walker and Ivan Toney, who'll be huge players this season, aren't yet fully fit/ready to start games. There's plenty of improvement to come.

Mahooosive game v Pompey next weekend.

Spain are a max here at 2/1, for the same reasons given before Croatia/Colombia. England are really bad and flattered by the early stages of the  WC.

England are about the same price and have home advantage?  So Spain are significantly better than us?   Seems debateable to me.

I think they are yes, I could be wrong of course. Enjoy the game :-)

This will take some beating.

Ha, that's the absolute nuts.

Will there be a version for Birmingham? Or maybe Hull?

Anyone see the US Open Tennis Ladies Final?

Serena Williams went nuts, lost her head completely, was docked a point, then a game, before losing to the young Japanese lass, Naomi Osaka.

Saw her post match press conference.

Didn't see the chaos.

Ladbrokes settled Rory vs JT as a winner, just wanted to let you know in case anyone was on. It kind of makes sense that they would but still a pleasant surprise.
