Taunton 3.40 is a fairly modest race, im interested in NO NO Cardinal, not even in handicap proper but only by 3lb out has ran ok from similar marks before, back to hurdling for first time in ages and a low mark compared to chase form rating. seems one that doesnt get home too well in races, but Taunton easy track  , could front run too . Still 16/1 with 365 for anyone wanna risk a few quid on a big price one, that could just have a squeak.

I'll fire a few shekels on for a sweat.

Cheers, and gl!

Getting ready for Gold Cup day already.......

I've always like Cue Card but......

Based on comments on the other thread, by those much less punty than I, if we are saying that Cue Card didnt run his race on Boxing Day, and he could beat ThistleCrack if they were both on form.....

Is the 20/1 1/5 1,2,3 with Betfairlyfair Sportsalmanac for Cue Card as apposed to the 11/10 for Thistelcrack a max EW bet?

Appreciate reasons if my thinking is flawed. Thanks.

It looks as though your monkey EW @20/1 is not in quite as bad shape as it appeared Stu.

delighted to see my bff's Champagne Weston finally won a decent pot today with th Thyestees Chase over at Gowran.

Won in quite taking fashion as it relished the three mile trip and that little bit less pressure on his jumping at that stride slower pace.

Quite whether he is up to Gold Cup class, time will tell, but you can pretty much guarantee that Rogers bullish nature will ensure that is the target. Shocked

Was very easy, alhough he always looked capable if he stopped clattering fences. Making running seemed to suit him aswell/

Nice to get one over on Elliott, after what happened to Notion last time out.

HDB can definitely get them jumping.

Let us know which way Rog is leaning please, Adz Smiley

Really really really(MickFitz) looking forward to tomorrow's spectacular card at Cheltenham with added bonus races - so many fascinating match-ups.

I quite like Wholestone to run well despite it being somewhat surprisingly(to me) being dropped back in trip although the predicted rain won't hurt it's chances imo.

Yeah, looking forward to some Cheltenham pointers.

Most looking forward to the Cotswold, and seeing Charli Parcs or DDS again.

Interesting one in the last at Uttoxeter tomorrow.  Manwell.

Last time out was first time handicapping and appeared to have improved by 3 stone.  It was backed from 20/1 -----> 6/1 and was an armchair ride, watch the race to see just how much it was trotting up.

Anyway, obviously it went in my tracker and it runs again 4:30.  Opened 5/2 everywhere, just a little bit of 9/4 left as I write.  They've put it up 18 lbs, I don't think that's enough to stop it.

Charlie Parcs made one hell of an impression LTO.

Strange betting market in that one with CP~evs and DDS 11/8+ - although DDS is clear jolly for the TH.

I wouldn't be surprised if only one of them runs today after reading page#8 in the RP.

Think that CP might go supreme, but I backed it in the a/r market so as to get a run.
