I’ve not had time to assess, but thought I would mention an alert I made for myself about  Play It Cool in 3.00 Pontefract being potentially well handicapped on basis of form in Ireland ?

If we’re getting on, I’d be sure E/W is the way to do it. 1/4 1234 and the top two look overly short.

It was just threatening to drift for a while but now solid at 25’s, I’m on.

I think Armandihan is the solid e/w one here. Plenty of 11/2 around.

Great race at Newcastle on Saturday!

Double Champion Hurdle winner and current favourite for the 2019 renewal, Buveur D'Air, is taking on the young pretenders Samcro & Summerville Boy.

The Hennessy is on at Newbury, too.

Get all you dare on Summerville for Chelts before Saturday and the price crashes for the big one.

Got 4pts at 20/1 from before summer Smiley

Nice to see such a great renewal, and not watching Irving hack around again.

Another gourmet feast on the menu at Fairyhouse tomorrow incuding with a particularly mouth-watering renewal of The Hatton's Grace.

I absolutely adore the jumps.

I'm in no rush, just ambling along and enjoying smelling the flowers.

Hardly even dipped my toe in the AP market yet apart from an optimistic dabble on Sceaux Royal for the CC.

Can't say the same, however, I've not really been betting much week to week.

Think my a/p book is up up around 200pts Cheesy

Lester in hospital, hope he recovers.

I then watched his win on Royal Academy, just awesome so soon after retirement, with the trademark rat a tat tat whip action in the last 50 yards.

Lovely reminder of the Great Man, & even though I've watched it a hundred times it still gives me a tingle.

He did the same thing so often. Dropped a horse out the back, put it to sleep, then suddenly appear at the business end. OK, he mistimed it now & then, but it was always a delight to watch the maestro.
