wouldnt worry to much about draw at goodwood especially with the false rail being out some or all days looks a minefield
have backed dark red in the opener today each way with 4 places
Hills have just opened up 12s Medahim for the last tomorrow that is way toooo big

Thanks John. Couldn't get on with Hills, but this was v good. Now best price 9/2 I also backed Flavius Titus, which is 16/1. Quarter first 4 is good, and widely available. Shy are offering fifth first 6, if people can get on, that is a bit better. I could get 4.69 e/w with them. |

I am working at Goodwood all week as don't have anything permanent at the moment and thought it would be a fun week to be on course (had never been to Goodwood before). I hit the jackpot as am a steward in the March stand with the longstanding members all week, probably the best view going right above the finishing post.  I didn't back this but had a smile cheering it over the finishing line. Had a chat with some well to do types before the race and a couple had backed it overnight too and were delighted. Well done :-) |

backed maverick officer in the opener at 12s today bred to improve for this step up in distance win only
backed on the go again 435 galway likely doesnt get in as needs one more to not run but is not a 25s shot if it gets in, as usual the reserves in Ireland offer some value on occasion
