Superb episode for sheer good acting and tension. In many ways it feels like this is the start of an entirely new series where Hank is the hero and Walt the villain. Hank was superb and good turns from Marie and Skylar.

Not sure where things are going with the mob war with the crack dealers, that feels like an oblgatory bit of firepower, show doesn't need it imo but it will probably lead to something cool.

Never expected Hank to go after Walt so directly by confronting both Skylar and Marie.

Agreed with the Walt proposal, I think he has now made the full transition to evil................... and just as you think that, he is lay there ill on the bathroom floor, just asking skyler to make sure it was all worth while

As for Hank, just when you think he is the hero, skyler points out just why he might not be.

Its soooo good, it plays with your emotions. I was actually sitting tense whilst watching it.

And as for the ending....................... double episode 1 time!!!!!!!!!!!! How can we have to wait another week?

What do you mean by this? Do you mean in that Hank has no interest for the fallout and how it will affect her and the kids, and just wants to take Walt down?

Its the bit where she says she needs a lawyer (admittedly through self interest), Hank says your best interests and mine are the same,  she says to Hank he just wants t get walt at all costs, and he realises that's kinda true! Also the fact that he wont tell the DEA in fear of his own career.

I think Hank might become a Hero and then reach zero very quickly (probably because of Jesse)

Oh god  -who cares................. just show us what happens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Serious question: how many people worldwide so you reckon have been inspired to open a meth lab / start dealing meth because of this show?

I reckon quite a few. Gotta be tons of people already dealing other stuff / on the brink of doing it that were pushed over the edge cos of this show.

I'm in if anyone knows a chemist. Reckon Tal would be good option Wink

Just watched it. Been avoiding this thread all day.

Such a tense episode. I don't think this is going to end well for Hank, he wont get Walt, he'll lose his job and what the f**k was up with his stubble.

That slap from Marie was the best TV slap I think I have EVER seen.

Omg omg omg omg

Awesome.  What a place to end it.

Brilliant.

I just can't see Hank not pursuing Walt irrespective of Walts impending deathFor Hank not to pursue would be going against every sinew in his body.

Was a bluff no?

Impossible to predict anything, yet I think it'll be a bluff as well.  Neighbour seeing a ghost.
