Hi Guys/Girls...I shut down DTD account as requested and opened PP account with £25.....didnt recieve 100% bonus...not to fussed..won 2 GP golden tickets but only 1 has appeared in PP account under" Inactive tickets" is this normal?...Also i now have a balance appear of £12.99 which i cant use (no idea why).I only put funds in when i need to play and only play for LIVE seats so would not withdraw funds...I have 1 £110 seat which Glenn kindly transfered to DTD desk for me on shutdown...all in all im happy with PP but this £12.99 either needs removing or freeing up to play....cheers everyone..AJSDTD(Allan Starkey)

Hi,

I assume when you deposited you clicked the Casino Bonus button?  I think you may have done, or certainly a casino bonus was attached to your account, so.....in the Download Lobby, Click on Rewards (down the left), Click on the Bonus Tab and you should see a Black Button "Opt Out". If it is there, and if you press it, it will release any funds that are currently assigned to the release of that particular bonus.  So you can play poker with them (but will lose the opportunity to play for that bonus).

Re - The Golden Chip Tickets, it is a display error, don't panic, just fire me a PM with your username or nickname and I will double check everything is tickety boo. See what I did there?  We've got it on our bug list about the Ticket display issue.

i am playing two re buy comps Grand Prix and 200k sat i try to re buy in both and it says insufficient funds but i do have funds?
tried to contact live support with no joy ?
can anyone help please

Big shout out to DTD for offering up endless streams for which to contact them, the only issue comes with inconsistency of information.

During the UKPC nobody really knew what they could do with their tickets, some where told they could save them if they couldn't make it, others were told they'd expire, others were told they'd expire if the guarantee wasn't hit, one DTD regular posted on Facebook saying he was told he could split his ticket/s in whichever way he chose regardless of the guarantee.

Is there a consistent message in terms of tickets won to specific tourneys? Take the DTD £330 this weekend, if you're unable to make it can we simply keep the credit and use it for another £330 in the future? Or use it as money off a bigger buyin?

Appreciate DTD are giving away tickets for fun at the moment so there may not be a rule set in place, but it would great if there was a rule set in stone.

Thanks in advance, it's by no means a dig, more of a recommendation, I fully appreciate the service DTD offer the UK Poker community is world class and we'd be lost without them.

Sorry to hear that you have received conflicting information, I'd be keen to know where players have been told this information as sometimes it's Chinese whispers between players which means the message ends up slightly different to what the first player was told Wink Also sometimes players ask cardroom staff i.e dealers who may not actually have the information about online satellites (for example) and take an educated guess. I will send all staff a reminder of the rules now but always ask on Blonde/Facebook or email to myself or Glenn as we handle satellite winners and will give the most accurate information Smiley

The correct ruling (and this stands for most major events including £300 Deepstacks) is that ALL first seats won must be used for the upcoming event by the player themselves, unless we meet the GTE and then we allow players to transfer their seat to the next event of the same value (we only know if the GTE is met on the last day 1 unless it is met beforehand and therefore recommend players don't take this risk).

If a player wins multiple seats then the additional seats can be used for re-entry or saved for the next event of the same value. Players cannot transfer seats to other players under any circumstances.

The only tournament in the schedule which follows a different rule is the Grand Prix Million which all online satellites seats MUST be used for the Grand Prix Million, players can play mulitple day 1's and take their highest stack through and we will have numerous day 1's (both online and live) so literally no excuses to not being able to make a few Wink

I have sent them emails telling them telling them about the password issue I am having, sent them this email 4 times, 4 times they send me the same email with the same link. As already mentioned they take a good day or two to reply to emails, but the last email I received was in reply to an email I sent them over ten days ago.

Sent Gary a message to see if he can sort this once again, but I really don't understand why the emails I am sending them are not being read properly.

As a general note for tickets. If you cant see ANY please ensure the inactive box is ticked. If you have multiple of the same ticket it may just appear once but this is just a display error that is being worked on.

A couple of weeks ago I played 2 of the online UKPC Mini legs online, made a couple of deposits, didnt make any day two spades, didnt cash any MTTs (usual stuff Cheesy)

Came back to my account a week ago to see my account has been blocked. No idea why, no reason for it to be blocked whatsoever. So on Saturday i gave customer support a ring on the number it said to ring. The chap seemed very helpful, said he couldn't see why it would have been blocked, but that i'd get a call back on my mobile within 24hrs, the issue would be forwarded to the relevant security team and it would be sorted.

Fastforward 4 days, i've heard nothing, so I ring the number again as my account is still blocked. Speak to another gentleman, who again seemed to be trying to help, said he couldnt understand why my account was blocked, however this guy says he has no idea how long it will take. I ask for some sort of time-frame for my account to be unblocked and he says 'i don't want to mislead you again, I don't know how long it will take, please wait for an e-mail'.

So looks like I won't be able to play any DTD comps on there for the forseeable future... and for no reason. #shambles

found out i was tracked to DTD at last yesterday and been allocated my bonus

much thanks to Glenn and the rest of the back room folks who helped get this sorted

as ever, things can take some time, but the DTD crew tend to get it sorted as quickly as they can

I really don't understand why tournaments get cancelled when not making the runners a good 3 minutes prior to the start time.  No message, they just disappear from the lobby and your buyin is returned to your balance.

If a tournament is due to start on the hour, then surely the software should be capable of cancelling that tournament on the hour if it doesn't make the minimum runners.

Just see no logic in it disappearing between 3-4 minutes out.

So impossible to deal with PartyPoker. Levels of incompetence you just don't see anywhere else.

So after hearing 3 weeks ago that my account would be unblocked within 24 hours, numerous phone calls later and no word from the PartyPoker team to tell me if it's been sorted... today I tried to log in to my account on the off chance it might have been sorted without them telling me. Sign in using usual SN and password, only to be taken to a screen telling me my screen name is already in use and that i'll have to change it either to one of their suggested names or one of my own choosing. Very strange as i've had my account for years, so how anyone could possibly be allowed to pick the same name as me seems unimaginable, equally so if it's always been the same as someone else's and hasn't been detected for 2 years.
Either way the woman I spoke to when calling the support team to see what was going on, this time was very unhelpful, seemed to have no idea what was going on and told me just to change my SN. OK, not really a huge issue, but i was still keen to find out why I was having to change it and how it was possible for 2 screen names to be the same, when i've had mine for so long... and why it was me that had to change mine! Puts me on hold, comes back just to tell me that I will need to use the new SN and completely ignores my questions as to why I had to change it... then hangs up on me.

Current issue is this:

i won a $11 token into a grand prix qualifier

the ticket is in the "my tickets" section, but it is greyed out

i received an email stating that i have to use the ticket before 26th April, or lose it

but i cant use it to play

Help please someone
