This season feels very different to just about any season I can remember, almost none of the big hitters are contributing and there is massive value around not just from 1 or 2 players but 3 or 4 in each position so hopefully it will take a bit longer for the templates to become established. The secret will be knowing when to jump on and off the value form players and just about everyone seems to be making the wrong captain choices.
There's also a lot of dross at the top of the rankings and it doesn't take much to move up the rankings, I've gone up 1.4m places in 2 weeks with an OK week then a good week.
Yes, I would say that a lot of us have had a bad start so I wouldn't let the head drop too soon. A couple of good weeks and you're right back up there!

£10 League.
Okay, so we've got 34 runners in this cup. This will be played as a straight up FA Cup style knock out. We need to get from 34 teams to 32 teams
So the bottom 4 teams at the end of GW 8 will playoff for the remaining 2 places. That playoff will take place in GW9.

£25 League.
We've got 26 teams in this cup. This will be played like an old school UEFA Cup competition (for you youngsters, that's when football was football and men were men
). We've got to get from 26 to 16 teams.
So the top 6 teams at the end of GW8 will all get a bye to the next round. The remaining 20 teams will be drawn against each other for the remaining 10 places.
That playoff will take place on GW9/GW10. All ties will be over 2 legs.

£50 League.
We've got 17 teams in this cup. This will be played in a Champions League format, with 4 groups of 4 teams in a round robin. We've first got to get from 17 to 16 teams.
So the bottom 2 teams at the end of GW8 will play a 2 leg playoff to secure the last place in the group stages. That playoff will take place on GW9/GW10.
