Yesterday he Tweeted;

"North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un just stated that the 'Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times.' Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!"

I mean, this is the POTUS. Did he really Tweet that.

He followed it with another mocking reference to "Rocket Man".

It's barely believable how flippant these guys are being with our future.

Several people expressed belief that US politics would return to something more 'normal' in 2018. Within three days, things were arguably worse than ever..

In those three days, Trump also attacked Iran, Pakistan, Palestinians, Jim Comey and Kim Jong Un, threatened Huma Abedin with jail and falsely claimed credit for aviation safety (ignoring that there have been zero US passenger plane crashes for over eight years).

A spokesman claimed today that there has been a significant decrease in illegal immigration from Mexico.

How do they know that and could it actually mean having caught fewer in the act trying there has actually been an increase in sucessful illegal immigration?

Maybe they aren't as keen as they were - I'm confused.

The loyalty of the base is critical, and it seems that it is with Trump rather than Bannon. Trump's statement was one of the best-written pieces he has produced. As Tighty mentioned, it didn't look like his style and must have been written by someone else. The mention of Bannon having "lost his mind" could be a prelude to a campaign to show he has gone off the rails. Though he claims not to have had alcohol for twenty years, it wouldn't be a surprise if unflattering photos emerge, linked with suggestions of him drinking or worse.

Donald Jr's tweets yesterday included:

"Steve had the honor of working in the White House & serving the country. Unfortunately, he squandered that privilege & turned that opportunity into a nightmare of backstabbing, harassing, leaking, lying & undermining the President. Steve is not a strategist, he is an opportunist."

"Andrew Breitbart would be ashamed of the division and lies Steve Bannon is spreading!"

"Wow, Just looked at the comments section on Breitbart. Wow. When Bannon has lost Breitbart, he’s left with . . . umm, nothing."
