I have to say I'm sorry I opened this can of worms now - I wanted to know if I was being sensitive - and thank you I realise I wasn't and I will speak up next time - I'm even looking forward to the next time just oi try it out.
I have to say in his defence he had definitely been drinking and that does make people do things they wouldn't normally. I don't know him apart from that day and I will always give people the benefit of the doubt - which is why I lay too many hands down!
If this was a behaviour that was constantly repeated then its definitely not good, if he got heated in the moment and lost control (however bad) and made a mistake which he regretted then it's water under the bridge.
I'm not going to allow anyone to waste my time (for too long) worrying about it - otherwise they have made a negative difference on my life, which is winning twice against me.
Everyone makes mistakes, as long as they learn by them, and I certainly have learnt something, then so be it unless it is repeated. I wasn't there for the second incident, I heard about it later, but if its all alcohol related then its something that may never be repeated. For the final he drank only water........well it looked like water!
Thank you for all the opinions, I have the courage to speak out now - i may play at Luton tonight just looking for trouble....guess I'll have to wait for the next time I play Walsall!
