Jose mind games innit.
Don't matter which team he picks , they certainly are not going to roll over and we will have to play bloody well to win.
Fortunately, it's the only way we can play! The "we'll score one more goal than you" approach.

Not a chance Gerrard will be able to play sat,tues/wed then sat again to often
Will need all the players you can get next season especially ones as good as Lucas
He's gone to about 2k less per game since his new position in Jan. He'll play more than people think.

I reckon he's bluffing and is fos, I don't believe he's giving up on the title and just wants to make a dramatic moan about the game being on Sunday.
This. Mind games if they win an excuse if they lose. Bloke's a prick.

If Liverpool can have Steve there for four or five years, then they'll win the Premier League.
”
O'Sullivan on Dr Steve Peters
not a bad shout there
Great shout. Article was in May 2013!! And he seems to have worked great with Suarez, who seems more, shall we say, in control"!
Or a punt from someone who is guessing? Peters has been at Anfield at least 3 years already.

Pretty sure they still try and score one more than the other team

Didn't see Chelsea try to do that at all last night, and on countless other occasions. Park the bus, and try not to concede first and foremost. Moyes' might have 'tried' to score more than the opposition, but it's the 'we will' bit he was lacking.

Thoughts on new stadia look and plans?
30% increase in capacity is pretty good I think!

Seen some of the 'leaked' drawings, and looks OK I guess. Nowt too exciting, but it's going to be a vast improvement on what's there now and is long overdue.

Nope, not last night. He went out first and foremost not to concede. He was happy to concede possession, as he was worried about Atletico's pressing game and didn't want to give the ball away in a more defensive position. Instead he was happier they hoof the ball up the pitch and set up their defensive line/bus.
That was the plan.
Anyway, you've missed the key bit of Liverpool's approach. It's not the trying to score one more than the opposition, it's actually doing it.

Funnily enough, for the match on Sunday, I'd be far happier if we had a defence that was capable and confident of keeping a clean sheet. As we've seen, it's not how Rodgers has been approaching games and he's happy to concede as long as we can score more. Against Chelsea, it might be a difficult defensive line to break through. Just hope S&S&S&S can do it
