Cos was excellent on the Show, first class.
I also introduced him to David Tuckman, who was here for the other Live Show, Cos seemed quite taken with David, asking for his autograph & fawning all over him/

Damn you Ralph, it was that which caused the problem, though I admit, eating 4 of hem at one sitting may have been little excessive.

Now you've reminded me. It's hurting again.
My theory is less weight = less strain on the knee. It all fits, see?

Diet is a start but cut out the cuppa soups . Have you seen the salt etc in each sachet?
Hope you saw your GP/dietician before you started this tho' as you seem light on fresh fruit
Salt is BAD? How so?
As to GP/Dietician, no, I don't have either. And I've never eaten fresh fruit in my life, except when dieting, I usually consume grapes by the bag - as many as 2 or 3lb per day.
Felt very "comfy" in the Studio tonight, wearing a suit that actually fitted. Dieting does strange things to the head.
How many grapes! I can see why you need less sugary coffee now
Do Sky do private health care in its pay packages? If they do get a consultation with BUPA etc.

Thought he was excellent too, and another great show.
Very impressed by the amount of back raises you both got in, and i believe there was a back back raise at some point.

Because I'm not living at home right now, but I'm sort of billeted in an Hotel, I can't do my usual diet routine.
But my last 5 annual diets have all been identical in method. One huge - HUGE - home-cooked spag bol evey day - as much as anyone could eat - and 2 or 3lb of fresh, crisp grapes. But you must never be more than 5 yards from a toilet, as the results can be explosive.
I'm not sure if Sky do or do not have PHI. I'm currently freelance, so it's not applicable, though I'm not sure if that will continue to be the case. Annual contract negotiations are about to begin, as I expire - or rather my Contracts do - on April 30th.
FWIW, I've not had a GP since I was a teenager, though John Kirkland made a Private Dr available to me in my time at B & K, & I got to see him 3 or 4 times over the 22 years I was with JNK. I've always been blessed with perfect health, for which I'm incredibly thankful.
I meant to ask you Simon - how are you now, after your Op? Was it successful? Does it mean you are free of dyalisis?
