Cos was excellent on the Show, first class.
I also introduced him to David Tuckman, who was here for the other Live Show, Cos seemed quite taken with David, asking for his autograph & fawning all over him/
Thought he was excellent too, and another great show.
Very impressed by the amount of back raises you both got in, and i believe there was a back back raise at some point.
Yes, we got "back-raise" in about 6 times, & even one "back back raise". My Producer, 'Ling, who "runs with the kidz" so to speak, was sighing & huffing down my earpiece something shocking. But we can mess around a bit on MasterCash, unlike TP, where we need to be a little more sensible.
On TP - Total Player - in which the winner goes to Vegas to play the WSOP ME, another blonde went through last night - Nutter5932. lJAMESl - Cottonbud on here - is also through, as is new blonde Member Dantb10.
Nutter & Dantb10 both came to Vegas with me last year.
Sadly, Jakally failed to progress last night, which was a bit of a bummer really. Really feel bad for him.
There is a segment called "Top of the Pots" on MasterCash, in which lJAMESl was seen to be dancing a tad last night.....Two of his hands featured, both over £1,000. 8-T blue got there after he re-raised pre & potted evey street, & he managed to find himself heads-up in a £2k+ pot, AIPF, with his KQ v Q-7......! The Q--7 won, obv.

Diet is a start but cut out the cuppa soups . Have you seen the salt etc in each sachet?
Hope you saw your GP/dietician before you started this tho' as you seem light on fresh fruit
Salt is BAD? How so?
As to GP/Dietician, no, I don't have either. And I've never eaten fresh fruit in my life, except when dieting, I usually consume grapes by the bag - as many as 2 or 3lb per day.
Felt very "comfy" in the Studio tonight, wearing a suit that actually fitted. Dieting does strange things to the head.
How many grapes! I can see why you need less sugary coffee now
Do Sky do private health care in its pay packages? If they do get a consultation with BUPA etc.
Because I'm not living at home right now, but I'm sort of billeted in an Hotel, I can't do my usual diet routine.
But my last 5 annual diets have all been identical in method. One huge - HUGE - home-cooked spag bol evey day - as much as anyone could eat - and 2 or 3lb of fresh, crisp grapes. But you must never be more than 5 yards from a toilet, as the results can be explosive.
I'm not sure if Sky do or do not have PHI. I'm currently freelance, so it's not applicable, though I'm not sure if that will continue to be the case. Annual contract negotiations are about to begin, as I expire - or rather my Contracts do - on April 30th.
FWIW, I've not had a GP since I was a teenager, though John Kirkland made a Private Dr available to me in my time at B & K, & I got to see him 3 or 4 times over the 22 years I was with JNK. I've always been blessed with perfect health, for which I'm incredibly thankful.
I meant to ask you Simon - how are you now, after your Op? Was it successful? Does it mean you are free of dyalisis?
Things are going well. Not had to dialyse for over 4 weeks now and figures improving day by day. A few side effects of anti rejection meds meant had to have a couple of admissions into hossie. Reason why queried diet is I was on a restricted one for last 4.5 years and overdoing things like grapes and salty snacks was very problematic. I see from your post you understand the overdoing grape side effect!

LOL gtfo taken with David Tuckman! He was a nice dude but I was not asking for his signature lol! I really enjoyed being on the show but was a bit embarrassed watching it back - wtf was I doing with my hands all the time. I turned into Tony Blair or something.
My parents and family who watched the show were not expecting the banter that went back and forth between us but really enjoyed it.
Also, I couldn't have felt more comfortable with Richard Orford too - top bloke imo.

It was a nightmare Ding. Him & Orful Orford ganged up on me, Orford offered Cos my job at one stage (he has not got the looks for it imo), it was real 2 v 1 stuff.
Cos was a superb guest though, he spoke clearly, made eye-contact with the camera, just the right amount of dry humour, most excellent. We just need to get him to smile a tad more - smiling is so important on TV - & he could be, as a Poker commentator, right up there with his new hero, David Tuckman.

Later this afternoon I expect. When they get a proper good guest, they repeat it 7 or 8 times. I expect this one will get repeated twice.

LOL gtfo taken with David Tuckman! He was a nice dude but I was not asking for his signature lol! I really enjoyed being on the show
but was a bit embarrassed watching it back
- wtf was I doing with my hands all the time. I turned into Tony Blair or something.
My parents and family who watched the show were not expecting the banter that went back and forth between us but really enjoyed it.
Also, I couldn't have felt more comfortable with Richard Orford too - top bloke imo.
Rule # 1 - NEVER watch yourself on TV, it's THE most humiliating thing ever. Hands flapping about, too many "errs" & "umms", & telly ages you teribly, I look quite old on Telly.

Oh man, has he got some stick over that today! In fairness, he's American, they are about as clued up on fashion as AndrewT.

If well Presented on TV, & not dumbed-down, I enjoy watching almost any sport.
I tried to watch a bit of the Winter Olympics last night. It was a big ask.
It was "speed-skating" I think, two guys in streamlined gear circulating, robotic like, round a rink.
Does anyone enjoy watching the Winter Olympics? I know it's the thing of their life for the competitors, & I don't wish to demean their efforts, but it's seems tough to watch.
Each to their own I suppose.
