The distinction isn't needed to provide for the broad needs of both communities? Given recent events, then it isn't clear the Government are intersted in providing for the broad needs of both communities, but that doesn't mean it wasn't the intention of those designing the census. They aren't trying to assess any of my individual needs when I complete the census. FWIW Isn't the whole of Asia just one box? |
