I would repeat that mantra, but I'm too weak and malnourished.

I was wondering if you or anyone you know had previously used the Birchwood aerodrome site? it was very popular among gypsies for about 15 years during late 60's and throughout the 70's, before it was built on.

I knew the aerodrome site, and quite a few of the families that stayed there. We didn't use it though. We, (like most others) don't like staying with very large groups, it's not our way. Many however, have no choice.

Large groups of any ethnic minority always either cause, or are perceved to cause trouble.

Dont rise to those tempting you with pictures of delicious mouthwatering food Tom.

You stick to your diet, reach your goal and you could end up looking like this

Anyway, I have a will of iron. If I choose not to think about food, I will just put it to the bacon of my mind.

Well I've fallen off the wagon more times than an oversize wheel rim, but today my diet re-starts in earnest.

No longer will my name be mentioned alongside such bloaters as tikay, Chili, Dewi Cool, Rod Paradise et al. The new svelte Red starts here.

- has he seen that yet?

Yes HE has seen that, tyvm for picking it out of Tom's post and emboldening it......

It was a huge aerodrome which spread over at least three sq miles, it was very noticeable at the time how only 5 or 6 caravans were in close proximity to one another though, the next group would be at least a hundred yards away from the next group.
