I read this recently. It's a tough read but it gives a real insight into the life of a true addict.

You know when you type something in to the google search box, and then click on one of the results, and then press the go back arrow to return to the search results?

Well when I go back, the search box is empty.

If I go back one press further, and then forward again, my search results re appear, so it's workable, but a pain in the arse.

I've tried TIOAOA, any other ideas?

Right click on the search result and select open in new tab. You're welcome.

Yes yes, but that's just a work-around. Why doesn't it work like it used to do?

booders method is what I normally do anyway.

When I tried to replicate your "error", all the search results were there when I clicked back - your browser is fucking with you imo.

I read this recently too.  It is really quite incredible how deep she went and how much she has turned her life around at such a young age.

Factoid!

Frank Sinatra had the 1st number one hit, Robbie Williams is favourite to have the 1000th.

Wind turbines are killing eagles. Surely this couldn't have been anticipated, and surely it can't be fixed.

Can someseems who knows how to work the Internet help me please?

I've been reading about something called 'Clare's Law', it's the first time I've heard of it and I can't figure out how it works.

According to the news websites, in the wake of the Clare Woods murder, a law was passed to allow women to check the criminal records of their boyfriends. What I don't understand is, how does that law work in practice?

Can any woman say, "My boyfriends name is x, can I see his criminal record?"

Does she have to prove he's her boyfriend, and if so how?

What constitutes a boyfriend? One date? Going steady for a year?

Does he have to consent, or at least be informed?

Can he check hers?

Can a man check his boyfriend's records?

It all seem pretty unworkable to me.

Seems to place a lot of responsibility on the police to judge risk & who to talk to.

Doesn't look like it can be used for fishing for info, although I'd worry that requests against someone could become a flag against them.

It seems that any concerned individual can kick this off about any person in a relationship, but they wouldn't necessarily be the person given information.
