I always use full face if i am going any distance , open face is ideal for tootling round town.

Worth using earplugs too, they obviously cut the noise right down. I found they take a bit of getting used to but I don't like riding without them now.

Decided to learn last year, took lessons over the winter and passed this April. I have a Kawasaki ER6-f and am enjoying bimbling around, it's great fun.
Up for trips of course. I'm up for most things when it comes to the bike, I just have to persuade the Mrs to let me go!

Is bimbling anything like cavorting?
Fat cheeks must make either more comfortable.

Ah ha. A Kwaka Ninja. You are a tall chap , do you find the wind blows you about at higher speeds,as it is a fairly low bike ?

I do get blown around a bit at very high speeds but it's not too bad in the most. I think it's similar to most 600's - I had a look on
http://cycle-ergo.com/
and they all seemed pretty much the same, excluding the Triumph Speed Triple perhaps but that was a bit out of budget (and not available on 0%)

Have taken pictures but having looked at your bike i've realised that my point I was trying to make is of no use as you have one seat for both pillion and rider. Here's the tailpack I used when touring anyway.

Ah! Thanks Mr Mo. That pic has made everything much clearer.

Bought one of these yesterday. £20 off eBay.

And one of these. £15 off eBay.

Tested both. Keeping the Caberg, selling the Box. (Hopefully for £35)

I'm a little surprised that Tikay's not joining your gang as I'm sure he said that he used to be a real motorbike enthusiast.

It's strange Boo. Mostly medium is OK but I need a large in some makes. I think it's all down to fat cheeks.
