Merry Christmas Tom.
We’re having a very quiet one today. Just four for lunch, me, Mrs 3103, youngest daughter and the beautiful grandson she provided.
Two roasts, sprouts, carrots, peas, stuffing, roast potatoes, parsnips and carrot.
This is the first year that eldest hasn’t been with us but work duties call. So we will have a second Christmas Day on Sunday, with at least nine of us. That’s daughter, son-in-law and at least five of her six children. Yep, I have a granddaughter that is old enough to have to work at Christmas.
Oh well, back to kitchen for me.

That all sounds wonderful David, especially the bit about roast parsnips, (it's the only way to eat them) and the daughter with six children.
Big families are common for us but less so in the civilised world. What gender and age range are they Dave, and do you get to see them often?
I hope you all have a fabulous Christmas and a healthy and prosperous new year.

You know how some newspapers are tabloid and some are broadsheet?
Well one of those formats must be better than the other so why do both still exist?
Considering shape only, not content, tabloid seems like an outright winner to me.

I'm too dumb to figure out how to move photos from my 'phone into "my pictures" on my PC, but in better news I can Tweet them.

Happy Christmas Tom, it has been a great honour taking this journey with you.
All the best to you and your family

Merry Christmas to you and yours Andrew.
Can I just take a moment to say what a good friend you've been over the years. Thank you.
I've always enjoyed being in your company. I think it's because you make me look slim.

I still think that was one of the most enjoyable tables I’ve ever played poker on. Thanks for the kind words, I think

I'd forgotten how much of a tear-jerker DWW is - I'm on my third hanky.

Say what?
Anyway, the grandkids range from 3 to 19 in January.
5 grandsons, aged 3, 7, 12, 2@14
2 granddaughters are 5 and 19.
We have one of the 14yr olds living with us, the others are in Norfolk so we see them at most holiday times. It’s always a fun time when they visit.
