Two stone gone as of today.
14st 12lb to 12st 12lb.
Congrats Tom, that's excellent.
As it happens, I'm three weeks in today & today's ceremonial weigh-in indicated exactly a one stone loss, so still a long way to go, but I'm on the way.

Well played. A stone in 3 weeks is impressive. It took me three months to lose two stone.

The first stone was dead easy, the next stone will be a lot harder. And I dare not even think about the stone after that.
I was forced to do a lengthy walk this morning (drooped car off at garage for MOT) & it was my first lengthy walk for almost a year. Came back puffing & blowing a treat, but I could not have done it a month ago.

Walking is terrific exercise but you have to start slowly. You will be aching tomorrow.
Keep it up.

Well done Tom. I have to seriously consider losing some tonage, never been so heavy. How are you and Tikay tackling it?

Personally I calorie count. 1500 calories a day made easy because Mrs Red has three Pinch of Nom books and she cooks a recipe from them every day.
https://www.theguardian.com/food/2020/jan/07/weve-always-been-honest-about-our-weight-loss-the-pinch-of-nom-chefs-on-their-recipe-for-success
Added to that I walk a lot and do a bit of cycling.
I've lost the weight before but never managed to keep it off.
That
is going to be the big challenge this time.
Tony's method is good too. He eats cod loins.

Opening Statement for the prosecution. OMG!
How will they defend that?

The previous witness (wearing black) was excellent, but this one (red top with "Arizona" on it, bad eyelashes) seems terrible.

No.
She said the same about growing up in Arizona.
"Where in Arizona?"
"All over"

I would hold her in contempt if she didn't sit up straight and stop leaning on her elbow.
