he can change his deposit limit and deposit the voucher in 48 hours if he wishes
alot of sites have these "safe gaming limits" which are self imposed
i always check what mine is when i join the site and if i think i will need a bigger one some day will change it then and there

they couldn't come up with anything, other than suggesting i walk back to the shop and change the vouchers.
Seems like an entirely reasonable suggestion to me.
The shop is 2 mile away from where I live and this was minutes before the tournament was due to start so it was completely unreasonable to me.
hardly their fault. I'm sure we've all missed tournaments we wanted to play where we've left things too late and not allowed for difficulties. C'est la vie.

Great thread
I completely understand why they didn't let you, but also, if the limit is to stop you reloading and losing, all they have to do is look at the activity on your account. If you haven't reloaded for a while or haven't even spent much there, then they should perhaps issue the £50 voucher for you. I'm sure something could have been done.
Perhaps the break will do you good though

The money has already been deposited with Hills. They won't let him spend it how it the system intended it to be used. Might as well have stuck it on trap 2 and they'd have said thank you.

Nope, I am sitting here with a ouija board wishing evil things on Billy Hills!!
Wouldn't feel so bad if I had left any cash in any other accounts or had managed to transfer ££ into my debit account yesterday.

What are you getting to make with a Ouija board and a pile of betting slips, Tighty?
