Havent got the time to do a big right up but ill put up what i have done for those that want a little sweat
Newinn Yolo 33/1 e/w with Hills (taking advantage of their 1st round offer)
Ballymac Matt 40/1 41.0 bf win only
Rio Quattro 100/1 101.0 bf win only
Coolavanny Gooch 200/1 450.0 bf win only
Ante post
Droopys Ward 66/1
Quietly 66/1
Lenson Sanchez 50/1 (can get bigger now but not as in form as he was)
Fairytale story would be for Coolavanny Gooch to do very well as ive been following the dog all of last year, seemed to be a star in the making and im just hoping Mr Gardner has got it right for the Derby.
Good luck all.
If anyone wants to watch all of the first round races then subscribe to Greyhounds Now (Nowso) on YouTube.
Only Ballymac Matt not making it through from my ante post. I've added the following
Blonde Nipper 100/1 ew and 120.0 win only
Swift Hoffman 40/1 ew
And after watching all the videos this morning I'm thinking about putting Viking Jack in the armoury.
Really pleased with how Droopys Ward ran, love the dog, had him last year when he came 2nd, what a great servant he has been to his owners.
Any others stand out to anyone?
Caught up with the racing, some great performances, really like the consistency of Newinn Yolo, 28:03? Doesn't that beat the old track record? Could be wrong, but seems to be getting better with every round, def needs to be cause as Matty says heat 5 could be the final. First three still qualify. Looks like it will be curtains for Gooch as he is in the same race, his last performance was the same as his first and although he is gutsy and just does enough he will need to improve a lot of get a lot of luck to get past the nex lot, it is dog racing though so anything can happen. Really pleased with Viking Jack, Quietly and Blonde Nipper, Lenson Sanchez through as well, just the Hoff that went out and was a bit unlucky but there u go. Droopy plugs n as well. Overall very pleasing.

Thought jaytee berlin ran a nice race, seems a decent time. Any chance for this one at a big price? Poor draw as it ducked for the rail in the first heat when done for pace for the rail.

Nothing would surprise me and the draw seems unwelcome for Berlin, I'm not adding any more now as the prices will pretty much be spot on, not saying u shouldn't as if u want an interest then crack on. Seems to be the toughest Derby in recent times and Def can't split the top 4 in the betting, seems a couple can throw in an unbelievable race and the others are ultra consistent. Good luck if u play.

yeah there seems to be a few where if they get a run they are unstoppable but there also seems to be alot of dogs if they bend first they know the way home. Would deffo just be a punt, just was wondering if there was any underlying reason a non-regular watcher like me wouldnt know about. His r2 couldnt have dropped better but least you know if he gets the breaks he can deliver a decent performance/time.

Coolaveney Jap impressed me as a really strong type that would not be that bothered by three races in eight days and might just keep qualifying, so had a small punt @50 last night.

Laid Turbo here large. Rab can't keep getting these things to ping the later the derby goes on. Looks very soft. Will have to lead a long way here the 5 to win this. Like the t2 at a price here.
