Followed your tip on lenson Panda for the Derby, matty. Such a shame in that last race, looked like he was flying.

Hi mate,
Yes I posted in T4T - really annoying way to go out leading by 3 coming off the last bend. Obviously only 2nd round but dog was clearly progressing after a month off before the competition and would have posted about a 28.30 time if not quicker. Got a few more dogs running for me but that would have been one of the best in the book. Not to mention I bet it tonight when it drifted to 4.2 on BF!

Not a big fan of dogs for note books etc because who fucking has a note book!!!!! This is easiest the unluckiest dog loser by a distance so far this year today at Hove. Winner without 2 penalties next time out.

Bad day for Greyhound racing in London with AFC Wimb winning promotion. Surely makes it much more likely they get planning permission for their ground and the last remaining dog track in London goes south in the near future.

Bump.
I see greyhound Derby prices about and will probably go this year as it's in Towcester, any tips for a long sweat from the pros?

Things will be clearer soon, with more info to hand via trials etc.
A lot of media discounting the chances of the wides at Towcester, but I have had a few quid on Murrys Act at 100/1 as I feel like he'll frame up a fair bit. Not a bet I'm massively excited about but I'll report back with anything else I back.

Welcome back Scotty. No real views on Towcester and the derby in general. I don't get involved at the track at all so know little about the so called inside bias/suits front runners.

I tend to do ok when Towcester is on RPGTV but really that's the only time I play there. And very little opens on those days. I'll get stuck into it soon.
Hope you've been well mate.

Thanks guys.
I hope no one minds but I'd like to put some dogs up in this thread, not as recommendations, but for a type of record keeping exercise.
Will be on a point based system, I imagine 1-5pts.
9:32 Peterborough
T1 Butterbridgelady
7/4 bet365
1pt
I've strangely found a love for graded staying races of late. Think this one uses its 4 bend pace to lead and carded a winnable time in a S1 last time out. T5 is the danger as looks strongest runner but two wins out of 30 odd races doesn't appeal.
