Yeah I think the alcoholic ripped you off mate. If you go back to the initial negotiations you say £600, he says £500, you say £550, and he says £500 again, and you accept. He bamboozled you there with his tricks and knew exactly what he was doing. Any gentleman would at least say £525 there and only a borderline alcoholic on the skank would say £500 again. van engine is fine value....£200
6 very good tyres £120
scrap value (no engine) £150-200
total value as stood sold as seen = £470-£520 ish

price received £500

did i do wrong ...answer i felt bad at not saying its failed mot nothing more or less ripped him off NO WAY

it was only worth £250 at the start of the thread

i suck i was going to take it to scrap yard !!
but this guy wanted to give me £500  double what scrap value is !!! guess i just a tosser like Mr hopkin

you would never have started this thread if you didn't feel you may have done something wrong but then you get upset when people back up your concern

you either sold something that you thought was fucked  to the bloke down the road for double what you thought it was worth or as you now claim you sold it for a fair price in which case I have no idea what the point of the thread is

lol. cos tells me the mods are ok but two are not, i know tikay, red dog, tighty, celtic are respected pillars of the community....although i enjoy gatso's posts i think he is in the kinboshi camp. not 100% certain who cos hates but i will form my own opinion and from now on will be monitoring all moderators who abuse their powers such as deleting posts, stickying the threads they want in public view, reading our pms and the worst thing they do.....making stupid posts and abusive statements. i know you would never rip anyone off

Thanks for modding the mods for us smashedagain. Not sure you should snap include celtic in the upstanding pillar bracket thou. In fact don't include any of them from the start because everyone has the potential to be devious. If you don't treat them equally that would be bias and bad modding imo.
