Diet 28/01/12

Protein Shake
2x Isopure fruit drink
2 Slices w/m toast
25g Flora
200g Fillet Steak
150g Sweet Potato
100g Peanuts

Walkers 25g
Club
Fruit Pastilles 35g
Ripple
Strawberry Pencils
Creme Egg

Protein  238g
Carbs       269g
Fats         83g

Cals       2838

As I alluded to earlier I had a snacky day today munching on random crap that was lying about the house, It's amazing how one thing triggers it off and carb cravings spiral. I won't be hitting Dominos this weekend or the curry house so not too worried about eating just over maintenance level over the weekend. I'll be steadier tomorrow though and won't be going stupid on the sugars like today Cheesy

I'll weigh myself on Tuesday too so I can see how I've gotten on over the week since coming back from Ireland. I think I might have been better off weighing myself today though looking at that lol

wow, exactly 100kg on the scales = 220 lbs = 4 lbs lost this week = 10 lbs lost so far = 14 lbs or 1 stone to go. sweet.

so next week gonna try and keep to 2000 cals. hopefully i can keep to this for the next couple of months and lose the weight cos i really don't want to go any lower.

this thread is great, well done everyone!

217 lbs = 3 lbs lost this week. 13 lbs lost so far. 11 lbs to gogogo. been quite bad with exercise, back on the bike today.

14st 10 3/4lbs

Put on 1 1/4lbs.

Actually less dissapointed with this than last week, where I actually lost 1/2lb. I have already documented this week was an exception where I was away for 3 days on the piss, followed by a curry at the weekend. I know for a fact I could have done much better while I was away, so I am not excusing it at all, but I could have put much more on so I am happy enough.

I do, however, want to follow this up with a big week this week. I think it is dangerous to set a weight loss target for such a short term, but I would be happy if I can do better than a 2lb loss next week.

5.6lbs loss. I actually had a bad day after weigh in last Sunday so figure in reality it might be a couple of lbs higher loss than posted. None the less Happy enough with this week, especially as I didn't exercise once.

Got a really bad wknd coming up next wknd (Fri-Sun), which will involve a tonne of drinking and a fair bit of shit eating. Gonna hit the gym hard to try and limit any gains. Will be happy if i can manage to stay the same next week.

Week 4 -5.6lbs
Total   -21.4lbs

Keep it up fatties.

Lee, my tv is sorted now mate. thanks for the offer. Got a nice little setup going now.

Starting weight
18st 6lbs
Last week
17st 6lbs
This week
17st 5lbs

Must admit I'm very disappointed with this weeks loss, I have eaten really well (excluding curry on Thursday) and done more exercise than in previous weeks. Not really sure what's gone wrong. I guess it's always going to be hard to follow an 8lb loss but I'm disappointed nonetheless.

Just weighed in at 16st 8lbs for a loss of 2 lbs. Pretty happy with that tbh because I was eating freely and drinking for the first 3 days of the week whilst away with work. I worked pretty hard since then to claw it all back for a loss so all is good. Smiley Got no distractions this week coming so am aiming for a 3lbs loss which will take me over the 1 stone total loss barrier.

That's not bad considering you spent half the week on the piss and eating what you like, I put on just over 2lbs when I did that so I'm sure you'll rebound fine.

7 lbs weight loss this week for 37 lbs total.  Slightly more than I planned for.  A good week next week will see the 3stone 'target.'  However, as I feel fine in myself, I will be continuing to lose more in February, not sure of any final goal, will be more a case of how I feel rather than what the scales say.

Played live poker @ SPT yesterday, that was quite difficult for me to do, I resorted to having a couple of black coffees (first time in years) just so I could drink something warm.  So don't think I will be playing any more live pokerz for a while.
