Jerk Chicken & Rice Ironscience Choc Orange Shake 400g Chicken 100g Onion Ginger Chilli Marinade 100g Rice Pro 50 Protein:223g Carbs: 107g Fat: 28g Cals: 1604 Not looking forward to this weekend as I'm working 2 18hr shifts Fri/Mon and also working Sat/Sun night too while everyone else is off to the LVTC in Birmingham  Still I'll be happy enough come Thurs night when I'm off until the following week, the only killer is gonna be getting up at 10am, working until 3/4am and then getting up to work the next day too at 10am... |

I work for Badbeat as a shift manager m8, I normally work nights Sun-Thurs which is obviously mustard. The other guys are going to LVTC this weekend so I'm covering day & nights Fri/Monday and both nights Sat/Sun |

Cracking gym sesh today. The feeling you get after a hard workout is awesome.
Had a pre weekend weigh in and have lost 2lbs since monday making me 22st 3lbs. Will be intresting at mondays weigh in to see what the damage of the weekend has done. Only 2lbs of 2 stone loss and my new goal is going to be under 20st by 1st May.
Did 6.4km on treadmill in 55:00. Followed that with 30 minutes of boxing with my PT.
Tight with the diet today.
