Went for a curry last night with Hopkin and just for curiosity I thought I'd ask the chef how many calories were in the meal.

There were 3 guys there who have all owned or currently own Indian restaurants and collectively they came up with about 500 calories.

This was for a lamb, chicken & king prawn curry which was really tasty, plate full of veg rice and a plain naan.

If any of you guys are struggling maybe curry is the way forward Wink

I'd be surprised if that's right ? Bread has loads of calories no ?

Just googled how many calories in a naan bread and found this...

Treadmill again today, did around 37 minutes but knocked the bloody emergency stop so cant remember any distances etc.

Followed that with 30 minutes circuit with the PT.

Quiet again on here whats everybody upto?

I'm just about to head out for something to eat and if I feel a bit better I'll be hitting the vodka....

I've not eaten since Thursday as I never got round to eating anything yesterday and then proceeded to start Sambuca chasers with every double vodka/diet coke..

That sure worked out well and I've hardly been able to move today lol

Today I weighed in at 16st13, pretty pleased as I've really put the effort in this week and to drop 3lb is good imo.

BTW my starting weight in the OP is wrong, its been converted from KG to ST but instead of it being 18.56 = 18st8 its been done 18.56 = 18st6.

I wasnt going to say anything but now I'm worried about failing I thought I would highlight it... not very charitable I know!

Floating around 16st and a little bit.  Pretty happy with this as I'm eating plenty and not hungry at all, but also having a few treats here and there and maintaining.

Looks like my gain from last week was pretty much all just cider water weight. Not too much exercise this week although I have been on a decent walk and put a shit load of ikea furniture together which felt like a workout in itself.

Week = -6.4lbs
Total = -28.08lbs

Genuinely don't expect to ever be over 23st mark again as long as i live. If i can lose 13lbs in the next 2.5weeks i will be on target for minimum loss of 1 stone every month from when i started this, which would be pretty good considering the amount of bad weekends weeks i've had.

Got some shakes coming tomorrow as i plan to power it in time for my mate's 30th up in Jockland which will be incredibly messy. Pizza crunch and deep fried snickers. mmm nom nom.

Keep up the good work fatties.

Off to mow the lawn.

Nice work lads.

14st 3 1/4lb
Weight loss of 3/4lb

Happy enough with the weight loss, had an ok week, ok at the gym, ok diet, nothing spectacular so its probably a fair figure.

I did go out on the piss last night, I'd love to think that skewed the weigh in, but in fairness, I also threw up loads at 2am this morning and that probably redressed the balance.

Need to lose just over a pound a week to hit my target.

1lb loss this week, 16st 4lbs. Not had a great weekend and was out on the piss last night so can't complain. Fine currently stands at £160.
