Ok - wasn't on line yesterday - weight this am is 182.5 so just over what I was last week - as I had gone up mid week I'm ok with the downward trend again - more focused this week.

Should have to pay the full whack as if you hadn't lost a single lb imo.

that is a real tough target from that starting weight, glgl It's the toughest one set by anyone yet to be fair. Shouldn't be too bad getting to 14st but the rest will be really tough. I don't think you can afford a single slip up anywhere in the 12 weeks. You're looking at healthy eating and a total booze lay off to have a chance really. GLGL.

My last 4lbs last year were a proper grind! Much more difficult to shift than the previous stone

Had a weigh in at the gym today.
17st but with training kit on. Probably equates to 16st 12lb!!!
I'm not sure exactly how long I've been at this but 1st 5lb is quite a gain in a short time.
The waist is up to 37.5 from 36.5 so not a huge worry. Might have to start thinking of trimming that a bit soon whilst I've got plenty of time.
I know that if it came to it I could easily do that in 2 weeks by laying off beer and curry but I'd rather do it slowly and still be able to enjoy my days off.

Weighed in today at 13st 8lbs which is a 1lb loss this week and a total loss of 30lbs. This means I beat my first target by 2lbs.
Great to see so many people smashing there targets. Well done all.
Now comes the challenge of keeping it off but I'm sure with the help of this thread we can all achieve it.
