Update:

I have been proper quiet on here of late and that is due to the fact I have pretty much been stuffing my face, drinking obscene amounts of alcohol and doing zero exercise for the last 3 weeeks.
My bday, my mate's 30th, my mates visiting and a week off work are all behind me now, but this has resulted in a gain of 11lbs since my last weigh in! Pretty bad to say the least, but with the amount i drank and ate i wasn't overly surprised. I am swerving going out with my mate to wet his baby's head, so my calendar is a drink free zone til mid June.

Current: 10/04/2012 23st 7lbs
2nd Goal: 09/07/2012 20st 0lbs

As it stands right now i will owe well over a monkey and i have just over 12 weeks to lose 49lbs

Its gonna be tough but i still don't intend on giving a penny to charity.

For reference purposes:

weighed myself this morning and was 14st 11lb.

Due to be going to Vegas (was meant to be today but should be tomorrow) will weigh myself on return to see the damage!!!

Bad day for me yesterday as expected and then another one today due to the worst hangover I've had for ages!!

Had a decent breakfast and lunch yesterday but then it went downhill with more drink than I care to remember, cheeseburger and chips for lunch then McD's at some insane time this morning.

I've not eaten enough today but thankfully as I'm on a trimming phase it's not a huge issue.

1985 calories today and only 160g of protein. Nowhere near enough but I'll write it off as a bad weekend.

Back on it tomorrow. 6 pack mission starts in the morning.

FAIL!!

Still feeling rough after Sunday so had a few pints after work and now tucking in to pie, peas, chips and curry sauce.

Hoping the beer + carb injection fixes my stomach ready to get back on it asap.

I appear to have made what I can only describe as a monumental f**k up!!

For some reason when I set my new target I thought I still had 3 months to go until June.

I've now realised it was actually 2 months or more accurately 7 weeks and 3 days.

This presents me with a problem. Following this weekend's stupidness I now have a 38" waist which I need to trim down to 34.5" in 52 days!!

Luckily I have nothing major planned other than a weekend in Spain so it's still achievable although it's going to be really tough.

I might even have to get over my hatred of cardio to try to help out a bit. A couple of weeks detox off the beer wouldn't do me any harm as well if I'm honest so that might be an idea.

Massive sighballs!!

Yeah I've got about 10 weeks to sort myself out before Vegas. I've been sporadic in training as my legs have decided they're going to act as though they've been fed cialis by and I've been mostly living on Thorntons and Lindt over the last week Cheesy

Was gonna go and play the Genting comp in Edinburgh next monthbut I think I'm gonna wait until November and play the Sheffield one instead. Get myself back intoa decent structured eating routine and I'll be moving in the right direction again.

I was meant to be going up to London for a stag weekend in 2 weeks but I'm not in any shape for that so it's a touch in a way as I should have undone the lbs I've put on the last week or so and then some.

early weigh  in cos i am drinking tonight which will obv give false weigh in tomorrow!

1 3/4 lb loss for me this week really happy with that.

I've lost my way on the eating front but exercise is going great. Loads of walking and now playing five a side once a week. I haven't weighed myself for a while and I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Im away this weekend so enjoying a few drinks etc and plan to refocus on calorie intake from Sunday (after breakfast!).

I have a 5st target to do this year and desperately need to improve my work rate for me to acheive it! c2st in 7 months to do the next 3!!

I've had a week of gym and ate shite. Weighed in at 22st 1lb at gym yesterday which is a 4lb gane since last time I got weighed.

Had physio so I'm back on it mentally on Monday. I go away two week yesterday so hoping to shed 4/5lb before I go.
