I will post my weight every Weds morning like the other success stories on here seem to have done. Wish me luck.

2nd April  19 stone 12
9th April 19 stone 8 (4lbs lost)
16th April 19 stone 5 (7lbs lost)
23rd April 19 stone 4 (8lbs lost)
30th April No weigh in
7th May 19 stone 4 (no loss)
14th May 19 stone 2 (10lb loss)
21st May no weigh in
28th May 18 stone 13 (13lb loss)

Steady progress again last two weeks.  Still having let down spots once or twice a week for various reasons food/drink wise but feeling lighter and fitter.  Will be very happy if i can keep losing 1 or 2lbs a week though consistently over the summer.

I didn't weigh in last week or this !

I am obviously off the rails and need a fresh start at some point Sad

I managed 13 weeks  and now I feel like a prat !

I am blaming Vegas but it's obviously my fault not the bright lights

I've been weighing myself every week, but unfortunately I've not really been monitoring anything else, and my weight has just been fluctuating by about 1/2 a stone for the last few months.

I told Arb not long back that I managed to hit supernova elite with Dominos sometime around Easter... Cheesy

As Tikay says, it's all in the head, and if you're not wanting to do it, you won't.

You'll get your head around it when you're ready mate, and it will all drop into place again Smiley

All that said, I'm going to make an effort to have a clean couple of weeks before I go, and might even start a pre-vegas diary to give me something to look back at easily when I get home.

Come on Lee; no more excuses. Exercising willpower is just as important as exercising any other muscle in your body.

Stay determined and focused. You set yourself this goal; you're the only one you will be disappointing.

Don't worry about a "fresh start," or "beginning again next week," etc. Start now. Schedule a walk tomorrow, pick up some dumbbells for 30 minutes, pop into the gym on the way home, have some fruit instead of whatever "off the wagon" food you're about to pop in your mouth.

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

By far the 2 most important things when it comes to training. If you want to do it why the hell would you set a goal of 'starting on Monday'?

Just get it done Lee and start now!! If you can't start immediately then basically your head isn't in the right place for it so you're heading for failure. In that case you might as well wait until you're ready to get on it.

Good luck mate!!

Happy with a flat week after a 'busy' weekend.  No social excuses this week confident of being 18 10 next weds.

GL lee getting back on it.  The other lad's advice is spot on and i have nothing to add.  It's literally 1000% mental.  Every week i am mentally tuned in the weight comes off.  Every week i am not it doesn't.  You can't kid your body as much as us fatties would like to.  Keep going son it's worth it.

4th June 18 stone 13 (no loss)
11th June 18 stone 10 (16lb loss)

Weighed in a day early today as busy tomorrow.  Solid week with only distraction being day 2 of the deepstack at dtd on sunday where i managed to get through a 16 hour session with only 1 beer and the spicy chicken pasta with chips.  The rest of the week food very clean.  Feel like we are starting to get moving again. No potential distractions this week lifestyle wise should be a really quiet work heavy week so no excuses food wise.  Roll on 18 stone!

This week I have been working away again

To be honest I've really tried hard and am quite pleased have drank a few beers during England game and eat at pubs all week!

I've not snacked much but have had a few slips!

I walked just under 2 miles on Friday evening and plan on doing that at least 3 times this coming week

Mark Huh?? You've not posted in a while what's happening !?!?

Still right on it.  Just had a week away in London with my gf with no access to any scales as has happened in the past so no weigh in.  Feeling good.  3 Swims this week.  Reasonable food intake given the football/couple of meals out with gf.  Looking forward to weigh in on Weds.  GF says i look slimmer than i have ever been in 5 years of being with her and she can see the progress being made.

I do feel for you trying to do this whilst having to work away.  It just makes it so much tougher.
