yeah little gross... had a seat locked up 1/24 and bust 22 when every single shortie found JJ or better or won every 60/40 no matter what side they're on.

Then I get Q6ss aipf vs 96 and he flops a straight or something.

lol

Finally don't get mega coolered in one of these £30 ticket thingy's and can't hold on QJx2 with A2 aipf vs K9. meh.

Keep plugging away....

Apparently we can win at poker.

just have to play 0.45+0.05c 45man sit n go tournaments.

We just played 2x $0.50 and 2x $1 sit n go tournaments, 24th, 15th, 16th and a win.

I godmoded the win by getting Ax in vs Kx 4 times in a row and holding - getting AQ, AK and 44 when 3handed/ hu.
EZ Game....

Just pure bubbled the 50xE300 seat satellite on dtd with AA vs KK aipf.

I wasn't quite locked for a seat with only 3bb's and about 5-10 people between me and the bubble bursting, I didn't even love getting it in... But vs the CL who had been relatively aggressive it then 'locks' us a seat.

Least I didn't sweat.

KxKxx

Booooooooom.

That'll be poker's final little 'tap' in the balls for the week.

Spent my whole week in good games playing really well, really nitty and finding good spots.  Bluffed a number of times I can count on one hand when my range was good AND I had blockers - none of them worked.

This has got to be my 'so far' all time poker low.

Wiiiiiiiiii

Looking forward to playing tomorrow (seriously) because I fking love the game and I know I will beat it.

nevermind, good side to this is I get to go get something decent for food... I'm a little hungry and haven't made time to eat properly so far today.

That is all.

peace

thanks, turns out we walked to local tesco and binged on chicago town pizza and carlesburgs!

3r sat today - mistake getting in AK vs KK pre a few off bubble.  I didnt realize how close we were
30fo sat - card dead, got low and desperate... can't remember bustout
3r sat - got K8 vs AJ bvb for most. Then next hand rest with 99 vs K3 vs 87 - 86668

Rofls

not happening for me on the ispt stuff atm.

meh.

have a privilege day off tomorrow, but I have taken tomorrow instead of last friday because im going to my first funeral tomorrow.
its for a guy from work that ive know the entire time ive worked there, I have no idea what to think or how to feel.  He was one of the key people to have on your side as he ran the 'stores', knew what was in stock, where and we always got on well.  He was a lover of tennis and we shared many conversations about the tour, players, history etc...
he always booked off the two weeks of wimbledon off work and somehow the managers still were surprised every year and didnt plan for it. Lol.

I haven't had to go to stores since he died (been a little ill but effectively was a shock - he was <50).
I've no idea what it will be like, but I don't plan on rushing down there.

I've played a lot with him and he will be 3bt-ing the broadway flush cards pre, rarely has 2p, only has 88-JJ for value and has all the low straight/ flush draws when he raises flop.

limps in front of me, I iso J10cc CO, villain calls button, and tilted bb comes along.
limpers fold
bb donks 20> 35, I flat, btn makes it 80.. donk folds, I shove 220.

he takes 2-3mins to call off.... we almost hold. Sad

I know it looks like'standard' jb spew... but I know he had one of the few hands he actually calls with.  He just has random air most of the time.

im happy with it.  More upset about the K10cc hand vs AQ on Q4Qcc but stacks were too short to get away.

This looks alot like the old JB.

I understand that, and I know why....

However, it just wasn't.  It was measured, thought out and I had his range completely spot on.  Unless I just got lucky that he called and J high was ahead....Huh?

But meh, its clearly a little risky.

Got a ticket in the 3r from today, but busted the 30fo pretty early rejamming K9 bvb into KK....

did not get a sweat.

Finding 50nl to be pretty nitty, even in pretty sick obvious spots where they should be 'light'.

Lost a bit last few days, need to go back over them... most has been with decent value hands.  I guess I just ran into the top of peoples ranges a lot.  But I'll go through some hands and try to work out ranges.

Little frustrating as I feel like I'm playing tighter and more cautious than ever.
