Any interest in Huddersfield at 23/20 to beat Watford?
Sure this price won't last.

Not nearly as good as 11/10 Brighton or 17/10 Barnsley.
So have a score on.

Oh you doubted him Mr Tikay. With your " we will have a dabble off Fred " and your " we must get value. 2-1 would be worth it" drivel.
This is 3G. This is matchplay and we all know that in this format he fears no one. Even 1-10 would be value with 3G in this form. Bring on the yankees tomorrow. Bring on Big Phil, Bubbles, Kevin Kegan, Tiger again, William Webb Ellis, the El Blondie lookalike, for 3G will smite them all.

Excellent!
And we had exactly the £20 you recommended - you tell me off if I bet more than recommended!
Very proud today, he is one of original Fred heroes.

Not only did I back Colsaerts in the fourballs, I backed him to be top rookie. So have been staying up cheering on 3G, Europe and both bets.
Unfortunately I forgot I put up a price to lay him off at a small loss when I realised he wasn't playing in the morning's game. He carried on drifting when everybody else picked up on it, so nobody took the price for 24 hours.
[ ] I remembered to take the price off betfair before tonight's match.

Another bet involving a Cardiff Club, this one in Rugby Union.
I believe Camel mentioned before about clubs over achieving after a tragedy had befallen them.
Ulster make their first appearance since the tragic death of Centre, Nevin Spence, as well as his Brother and Father. I'm sure the game will be quite emotional for most of the players and I would guess that Ulster will be looking to chalk up a win in Nevin's memory. You can get 6/4 for Ulster which is a great price seeing as their last meaningful game against the Blues was a 20-3 home win last year. They lost 21-14 at Cardiff last season but that match was bang in the middle of the six nations so a lot of players were missing.
I'm going along to the game and will probably have an unpatriotic £30 on the Ulstermen.
Third recommendation this week, third winner. You can read about it here.

Ugh, sorry Mr Rubbish, we were a bit pre-occupied with the Ryder Cup, & when I saw the Post, I assumed the game was today.

Daily Report as @ 0945, Saturday September 29th
We made a profit of £32.50 yesterday.
Only one bet completed yesterday, being long-time Fred hero Nick Colsaerts, who was the absolute highlight of Day One of the Ryder Cup. We had £20 @ 13/8, down to hector.
In all, three bets were placed yesterday, totalling £150.
The biggest was £110 for over 4.5 halved matches in the Ryder Cup, which was later shown to be mathematically unsound, & to rub salt into the wound, it got off to the worst possible start, 0 from 8. An accident of timing really. The bet came up very late, I sought comment, but in the short time available, none came. Henrik has served us tremendously well in the past, so maybe I pre-ejaculated. I am a confirmed ice-cream. We may have to run hard to make up that £110, or maybe we’ll get lucky.
Our T20WC portfolio has one outstanding chance, “Australia Most Sixes” which will return us £110 profit if it gets home, & will nicely get us out of BBB. Fingers crossed.
We have £50 @ 2/1, Europe to win the Ryder Cup. After an unusually poor Day One for Europe, the price is now 14/5.
We have £10 @ 25/1 on Paul Lawrie as “Top European” which is not looking too clever this morning either, he got a bit blown away yesterday, & he is now 100/1.
Probably not our finest day yesterday, though what a thrill to see 3G strut his stuff at the very highest level, & he smote the ball splendidly.
Quite excellent
, even, if that is not being
very pedantic
. We shall see plenty more of him I fancy.
Meanwhile, especially for Camel, here is a “spot the connection” competition.

3B cricket England v New Zealand
I think this is a genuine 50/50 game but we are able to back one of the teams at 11/8. Like a lot of occasions in this country we are able to bet against England at a decent price as the bookies know the patriotic money will come in for England irrespective of the price. We haven't set the competition on fire, our batting looks frail and there seems very little leadership on the field.
Recommend £20 New Zealand @ 11/8 Blue Square.
By the way isn't it great to see such universal love for our man 3G ? Even the Camel was extolling his virtues over on the other thread !

What’s coming up?
BIG day today.
We need to get a wriggle on in the Ryder Cup, we have several bets running, & no doubt there will be more exposure added today.
MCC has promised/threatened us with a big cricket bet on West Indies in the T20WC.
And we already have this little lot in play…..
Brighton to beat Birmingham, £100 @ 11/10. (Camel, current price 5/6)
Barnsley to beat Ipswich, £50 @ 17/10. (Camel, current price 7/5)
Huddersfield to beat Watford, £20 @ 23/20. (Camel, current price Evens)
So we have some good prices, if nothing else.
In Rugby League, we have….
St Helens over Warrington, £35 @ 6/5 (current price 11/10, hector)
St Helens-Warrington to tie, £5 @ 18/1 (current price 18/1, hector)
Keep an eye on Huddersfield, who we want promoted, & Danny Kedwall, who we have for top League 2 striker.
And if all that were not enough, in horse racing, there are two Group Ones & a Group Two at Newmarket today, being the Cheveley Park, the Sun Chariot, & the Royal Lodge, three races all with a wonderful history. They also hold the annual lottery known as the Cambridgeshire, where there will be 30 odd runners & go 10/1 the field.
http://www.oddschecker.com/horse-racing-betting/newmarket/15:40
If you have not done the lot in the Cambridgeshire less than a dozen times in your life, you are not a propa punta.
