Re. the Pujara bet in this ODI series:

If he doesn't play at all will any firms be refunding bets a la 1st goalscorer markets?

I have been putting this bet up for quite a while now & I will post it again as price is once again good.

Charlton v Wednesday

Wednesday struggling for strikers & generally in the market for one at the moment & are playing with Antonio up front at the moment. Even when not playing up front he is always having a chance when on the wing and will of course get even more chances when up front, our best player in my view.

As mentioned he is very likely to play up front and is priced up at a HUGE 11/1 for first goalscorer at Charlton, 11/1 on first goalscorer for a striker for one of the form teams? Obviously some places in the market have not done their homework.

Price is massive & is definitely a chance of this happening.

Recc (again) @ £5-£10.

Ooh, good point. No idea, but I'm adept at straw grasping.

We are on with both BetFred & Ladbrokes.

Investigation needed.

There would seem to be a variety of ways, including "Murray to reach Final" (7/10) or "Stage of Elimination", for which Federer is 2/5 to exit in the Semi......!

Hmm.

I think we should let it ride, Murray's gonna be a short thing.

Obvious misread by me of Fed not facing Murray....

No worries, these things happen. Anyway, stranger things have happened.

Thanks Aaron.

I need some help with analysing the value there.

I can't see the point in Fred backing Federer outright and then attempting to hedge his matches against both Murray and Djokovic??

odds of 1.01 being offered if you can spot the non trier here Smiley

long video but worth it

Wow, guess the rules aren't the same elsewhere.

It was thinking out loud, really.

We got on Federer on the mistaken premise that he would miss Murray until the Final, or at least we thought as much.

Had we known he was sure to face Murray earlier, the bet would not have been placed, or as I recall.

So we are in a bit of a spot now, but not hopeless by any means.

We are on at 5/1, he is 7/2 now, so we are the right side, if nothing else.

The prices for the Murray - Federer game are.....

(4/6 Murray, 11/8 Federer)

Finn gets a wicket, but brushes the stumps on his follow through & dislodges the bails.

Dead ball ruled.

Not out.

It should have counted as you are allowed to do it once before it is ruled a dead ball.  Would have put him as current top bowler... SIGH!

Thanks, I rather thought that was the case, but not sure enough of the rules these days.

Where was hedging mentioned?  Surely the bet on Federer doesn't matter if Murray is a good price?

Somebody said they were 5/2 and 5/1 earlier in the tournament,  now they are 4 and 4.8 on Betfair.  I'd rather be on Murray than Federer at those prices.  Though expect the better bet may be in the semi if the prices are close.

Don't think we should be all "U turn if you want to" if we have previous bets.  But better wait for the prices to go up

I was expecting closer to be fair.  Move along, nothing to see here.

Is Finn ever going to rectify this, seems to happen at least once a Match to him and no other Bowler seems to have this problem.
I have seen a Batsman hit a four and be punished by it.
