45 so far, so one touchdown and we don't need the kick afterwards Cheesy

That's basically the bet won then. The good thing about American sport is they'll do anything to avoid a draw.

A friend of mine says 16s for Dallas Mavericks to win the NBA Champs is a good price(13s on exchange).
He says they're in great form and have just signed one of the best players and that the price will plummet soon with him playing.
San Antonio, the defending champs are favourites on the exchange to win the Championship but are 6.4 to win at Dallas tonight who are 1.17.

We're used to seeing an NFC East team show lots of promise and then choke spectacularly at the end of the season. I'm not sure anyone expected it to be the Eagles.

Reason why mavs are so short tonight is the Spurs just came of two triple overtime games and will be resting their best players as they have been doing throughout the season. With regard to Mavs for the title, a lot of the sharp analytics NBA writers/bettor think this trade has made the mavs worse for the season having to give up their two best bench players for Rondo, who doesn't fit their offensive system, can't shoot well (even from the free throw line) and hasn't been a great defender for some years. He is an excellent passer of the ball, and more playmaking can always help teams, but the Mavericks bench has been crippled.

I see there's a free tip up for the 9:30 neffle, here:

http://www.bettingemporium.com/tips/index/49

Even Fred-favourite, Carl Cheffers gets a mention

Seems to be strongly fancied. The bet, I mean. I've no idea about the writer's opinion on the aesthetic merits of Carl Cheffers.

Worth a bit of fun for Fred?

I definitely prefer that side. My only personal concern is Washington's poor fourth quarter scoring stats, which, given how they've often been behind, I would expect to be better. Compare, for example, Tampa Bay and Chicago, who've had poor seasons, too:

http://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/4th-quarter-points-per-game

The reasoning seems persuasive nonetheless. I'm having a bet anyway, but happy to hear thoughts as to whether I should have more.

Winner, tikay.

Well done, Mr Ambo.

What am I missing about San Diego, I know they have some injuries but to my mind 49ners have been pretty meh, coach seems to have lost the players and they have definitely struggled to get points on the board this season and their defence has been pretty miserable.

I know all this info is freely available so there is nothing new here but it just seems like San Diego should be favs to me.

One to think about re: Poshies-Donny match bet.

Posh are 9-2 to finish in the bottom half, Donny are 11-8 to finish in the top half. Might be able to beat that when other firms go up. Not sure how best to work it though.

Posh v Doncaster this time next week a key game.

Chargers are favourites in the sense that home field advantage normally counts for 3 points IIRC.

Local derby etc, too.

If the niners can protect Kaep a bit, I think they'll win. However, that's a massive If.
