I've had the same thing this week on my multiples before being settled (thin) When it gets settled it pays the cashout figure.

It probably isn't real still.

Robert Thornton showed some signs of life there by averaging 101 for the Smith to finish bottom backers. It's a shame he still lost 7-4.

News from Moscow: I'm not sure what the Hindi for bouncebackability is, but we could do with knowing:

http://en.chessbase.com/post/candidates-r06-express-anand-beats-svidler

24 moves is, at this level, a spanking.

How would that have come about, Mr Tal? A blunder by his opponent, or did our man simply bash him up good and proper?

A very well known opening, but Anand found an interesting idea (I would think it's been played before somewhere) and Svidler must have assessed it poorly. These people can't remember everything, of course. Anand has always been known as a fearsome tactician and, even in the autumn of his career, he can still produce a ruthless win.

Monmore on Sky tonight.

Two selections :

7.26 Romeo Ballistic - dog coming back after being off for most of the winter and has been running sprints at Wimbledon. He's got a nice turn of early but not quite good enough for those however has a chance to lead this 4 bend contest. Trap 1 is definitely pitched perfectly and is rightly favourite and a worry as he is a staying type and we wouldn't want him turning right behind. Although our trial was nothing special at all and we will have to find a bit on the clock to win if we get round infront, I think the dog will strip fitter and certainly has the races under his belt which show he is capable of winning this. Rec £20 @ 8/1.

http://www.oddschecker.com/greyhounds/monmore/19:26/winner

8.51 Walshes Hill - Not an original selection, one of the best sprinters in the country - a dog I absolutely love watching. Top top sprinter who should be an odds on shot in this race for me. Rec £75 @ 11/10 if someone can get Fred on with B365.

http://www.oddschecker.com/greyhounds/monmore/20:51/winner

Romeo Ballistic Monmore 19:26 Winner
8/1
Total Stake: £20.00
Potential Returns: £180.00

i cant do the second one at odds against anywhere

Annoyingly a withdrawal in this race now just means we are on at SP instead of the 8/1.

Romeos Ballistic got to the first bend in the lead but the fav then powered away and was never getting beat. Romeo went into the home straight in 2nd but faded to last.

Walshes Hill won very easily - SP was 4/6

Okay, so after my season bets yesterday, here is the Australian GP specific stuff -

Despite a wheel not having been turned yet, I reckon these first two races are critical to deciding who will take the title this year. Nico needs to win one really, if Lewis wins both, you'd have to be concerned about Nico's confidence. However, one win for Nico early on, could really put him on the front foot. It's going to be a fascinating weekend!

Race Winner - Nico Rosberg @ 5/2 with Bet Vickter - Nico and Lewis should have a very similar price, take advantage of this spot. Suggest £20.

Pole Position - Nico Rosberg @ 13/8 with BetBread - Similar reasoning to above. Suggest £10.

Points Finish - Kevin Magnussen @ 7/2 with BeeWin AND Jolyon Palmer at 6/1 with SkaiBet & Ladbroooks. There is always an increased chance of unreliability in the field at the first race. Should that happen, the two Renault boys could be in prime position to take advantage. I would say it's more likely than 7/2 to happen. Suggest £10 on both.

Winning Margin - Exactly 5 - 10 seconds @ 11/4 with BetThreeSixFive and Choral. Safety cars are highly likely on this circuit, and that always bunches up the pack. I can't see the gap between 1st and 2nd being massively high and 11/4 is a good spot. Suggest £15.

Team Haas To Score Points In Melbourne - Yes @ 7/2 with SkaiBet. No reason other than instinct and gut feeling. I'm putting on £5.

As always, more bets will come as the weekend progresses. Although Melbourne has been hit by a rain storm, so we might not actually see all that much running today. Anyhow, I'm off to bed ahead of FP1 Smiley

P.S. I can ALREADY cash out the McLaren Season Points Bet for + £100!!

Yep that's about right Andrew.

Romeo led to the corner but 1 got up the inside of him before they'd even straightened up down the back - we can't win once that's happened.

Walshes price was nice and thankfully did exactly what was expected of him.

Can't quite remember if we have BFred or not, but they have a decent offer on the darts tonight.

Gary Anderson to win both his matches (vs Lewis and Wright) at 4.33

For context, Billy's are on 3.25 for the same offer. I believe this is make or break for Ando this week and last week he played far better and looked more like his normal self.

Recommend £30 if we are able.

Shame for the thread they pulled this sharpish as it was a bink.

I've got a ton of free bets in my accounts, many needing to be used in the next few days, so would happily hear tips for any free bets or indeed any free bets strategy, if it should be any different to normal (I'm sure it has been talked about before, so a link or page number would work great too, ty)
please see first post of thread. Free bet strategy advice is saved there

The other option is matched betting to guarantee you make money from the free bets.

Morning Tighty.

A couple of days ago Tiger, Mr T's netball corry, put in an appearance and as good as put a recommendation for St Helens to beat Leeds tonight. The price has drifted since then and they are 5/4 on betfair. Leeds have McGuire back but their problems are deeper than just him. Last nights win for Widnes at Wigan exemplifies Leeds poor form, we had them to lose by less than 13 to Wigan but they got mullered and it should have been more.

Put the bet down to me if you like, but maybe with a bit of coaxing we can get Tiger to come and play with us.

By the way John Isner lost to Nishikori in the last 16 in a 3rd set tie break.

I placed that bet

STH +2 £33 at 8/11

do you want them outright at 5/4 as well, or is the first bet enough?
