Few of possible interest for the NFL tonight.
Apparently Adam Thielen for the Vikings is going to play through the pain of a back injury, that gives me cause for concern, it's all well and good getting pain killers etc, but surely that's got to restrict movement after a while in the game? His line is set at 76.5 on skybet (I know that's no good for the thread)
https://www.oddschecker.com/american-football/nfl/minnesota-vikings-at-philadelphia-eagles/total-receiving-yds-adam-thielen I think u70 is probably a decent enough bet anyway (68.5 on RZ is a probably a little too skinny for me though). The alternate to him is Jarius Wright going OVER on his yards, currently set at 19.5 on PP, 21.5 on Redzone. IF Thielen is limited, or struggling then they'll surely look to him as the second option behind Diggs? (Wright had 3 receptions for 56 yards against the Saints last week) - To back this up, the Eagles have the best run defence in the league so the sensible thing to do would be to move the ball through the air, the weather isn't meant to be too awful and if they can keep Keenum clean then he should be able to do that.
For the thread, I'd probably suggest the Over on Jarius Wright at either 19.5 at 5/6 or 21.5 at 10/11 - £20
There are quite a few big gaps on player yards that I noted on my site, I'm not sure how many remain now as I did them a few days ago, but...
Chris Hogan – 46.5 on Skybet, 32.5 on Paddypower
Allen Hurns – 34.5 on 365, 25.5 on PP
Keelan Cole – 42.5 on Skybet, 23.5 on PP
Brandin Cooks – 64.5 on Skybet, 50.5 on PP
Marcedes Lewis – 21.5 on Skybet, 15.5 on PP
They were available at points. The 20 yards different on Keelan Cole is pretty significant as well as the Cooks differences. Sure that some people could make some money by hedging on them.
Personally I'm on James White 2 or more at 33/1 as well, but that's now halved in price, he was also 3/1 to score anytime, but now into 15/8. I believe the Pats will make a lot of short passes to the RBs as we all know how good the Jags defence is against WRs, the only reservation for me would be the probable return of Rex Burkhead who could well take away from Whites opportunities
