if anyone can get a bet on at sportpesa then there is an absolute stand out on the darts

Steve West 22/1, Robert Owen 40/1 to win the UK open with 1/2 odds for the final.

They are both in the quarter finals and both generally 4/6 to make the semis. 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 in the betting are all playing each other so assuming the win they are there is decent chance they draw each other.

Amazing work Tighty on Stoke yesterday.  Proper gamble landed.  Amazing how Soton are still being priced up in games.  Didn't see the end of the King game last night in the darts but he must have choked as he was 7-5 up when i stopped watching

Big inside bias again at B Vue dogs on the bags this morning if you fancy making a few quid.   Wides are as unsighted as on Weds afternoon.

What price would you think (no googling!) Harry Kane would be to beat Wayne Rooneys current mark of 53 international goals?
24 year old Kane has 12 goals from 23 matches.

Less than evens? Only lots of injuries would get in the way, but you'll have to wait years to collect.

5/1 with Bet365 to score over 53.5 goals.
5/1 with Sky to be England top scorer but Rooney could extend his lead, I guess.
Remarkable price imo but as you say, a long, long time to collect.

england play about 10 games a season

say he is fully fit and picked in all friendlies for the rest of his career:

if he scores .7 goals per game for the next 5 years it takes him till he's 30 to equal the record

if he scores at .5 goals per game he has to be a regular aged 32

if he scores at .4 goals a game then he's taking 10 years and playing till he's 34

and that's assuming he's fully fit and first choice all that time.

5-1 seems big, but its a massive task to be playing all games and scoring at those rates as a 30+ year old international. he's odds against for me. he'll likely need another 80 caps and not many forwards achieve that in an entire career

Plenty can happen to stop him from getting it - Michael Owen had about 20 goals when he was 22 yet only got 40 in total.

Palace looked like taking the 3 points tonight after going 2-0 up, which would have been great for our hoped for Stoke coup, but Man U dug out a 3-2 win eventually in the dying minutes.

What struck me more than anything is how Sanchez looks a fish out of water in that team, he poses no threat and is largely anonymous. Not looking much of a bargain so far.
