On the positive side Arsene managed to see a penalty incident extremely clearly so
I don’t buy into the fact age is diminishing his faculties.

Eyes like a hawk :-) On balance, fairly glad I slept through most of that. Not too bad a Saturday really as had a nice Breakfast at Duran's, Watford is my second team and my new team stuck 7 past Stoke

Troy Deeney said Arsenal lack cojones in BT sports interview. Quite interesting for an opposing player to say that in public.

Those damn away games in the league again...

Looking back to last season, Arsenal had a great sequence of away results in the league with 5 wins and 2 draws in the first 7 games.  Since then it is W4 L10 which is lower mid-table form.  Next 2 away  games are tricky as well  - Everton and City.

Wenger tells Arsenal AGM, cash disparities mean Aston Villa could no longer win European Cup.
"At least they won it," shareholder shouts out

Richard Conway, BBC

"Arrogance and an attitude bordering at times on contempt. How Arsenal's board failed to win hearts and minds today."

Sir Chips telling shareholders to read the Telegraph if they wanted to hear from Kronke wasn't good.

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2017/oct/26/the-fiver-arsenal-oh-arsenal-stan-kroenke-sir-chips-keswick-ivan-gazidis-arsene-wenger

one questioner suggested Arsenal have “an ageing board lacking in diversity”, Chips honked: “The reality is we have a diverse modern organisation.” Even in the room, people laughed at this one. Keswick, a white man born in 1940, sits on the board with Peter Hill-Wood, a white man born in 1936, Ken Friar, a white man born in 1934, Philip Harris (AKA Lord Harris of Peckham) a white man born in 1942, Stan Kroenke, a white man born in 1947, plus Ivan Gazidis, a white man born in 1964, and Kroenke Jr, born in 1980. Ignoring the latter, who is there because of his father and compared with his colleagues is barely out of nappies, the average member of this “diverse modern organisation” is 73 years old, and all of them are white males.

Strong possibility he never plays again. Gutted for the guy. Seems like a genuinely nice man and an absolute baller on the pitch.

More detail on the picture.  Incredible if he can play again after that.

Yep, real shame for any player but seems worse for someone as creative as him.

So vs Liverpool, Wenger benched Lacazette & lost 4-0.

He's benched him again today.

Surely your £50M striker has to play in the big games?

(laughter at me when Arsenal today win welcome)
