I would like to see gray in the team now anyway. Won't keep him if he isn't soon. One of the reasons mahrez could go for me, there is a succession plan in place. A real talent demarai is.

I don't really care about the money since I decided not to subscribe to sky, BT sport, or pay to watch a prem game again but still can't help but get drawn in now and then based on how absurd these deals have become.  Ox and sigurrdson and other journeymen for similar amounts too..what a load of toss

yesterday was a solid performance

To give him his due,Mahrez was on it, really put a shift in with great skills too.

Maguire is an excellent signing too, left sided, can play it with a really good range ofpassing and a big solid unit. Cmpletely different proposition to watching Morgan heart in mouth when trying to trap the ball

Vardy's ankle injury is a concern as Ihenacho had to see a specialist on friday about his toe too

As for Brighton, oh dear. wouldn't have scored if they were still playing now. Absolutely no threat. first shot on target after 72minutes. no xG

they also suffer what i remember seeing from us when we went up. try and play from the back but they haven't got the time they had in the championship

the goalkeeper isn't a great distributor either, and looks tiny and was at fault for the first goal

squad needs major investment to compete at this level.

Do every club's brain dead minority fan base at a Brighton game do this?  How common is it?

Happens less frequently than it did to be fair. Met with the 'you're too ugly to be gay retort.'

Yes. Before the new stand was built in 1973 and cricket stopped at the ground

Bramall Lane is still a proper football stadium - obviously not a patch on Hillsborough  Cheesy

I went to see Yorkshire play cricket there a couple of times as a kid and saw the famous Leeds United team beat Sheff Utd 2-0 in a night match there when it was still 3 sided in around 1972.

Not at Watford.  We along with Brighton always get idiots along these lines.  West Ham's "hilarious" chants at us for example.

Leicester did it at the game last time I went to. It was going on right to my left at the weekend. All teenagers. Dumb fans in that area.

Onto the game though, we should have had a penalty when Morgan hand balled it, but no attacking threat. Knockaert back from injury, and speed merchant player of year in Belgium work permit going through now and a bid accepted for a Ghana striker whose also a speed merchant. If we don't get three points between Watford/WBA games we will be in trouble.
