Two tickets booked for Iron Maiden in Nottingham next May.
My 11 year old, Joe is going to lose his mind when he finds out, but trying to keep them secret till his birthday in April.
Also, saw Ugly Kid Joe for the second time in 12 months at the Rescue Rooms in Nottingham last Friday. Absolutely brilliant show as always. Hope they're still gigging three years so I can take Joe to see them. Play 14+ shows at the moment so I can't get him there.

I was 9 when my Dad took me to my first arena gig. I am sure your little man will never forget it either. Have fun.

Shit post Nakor, such a clown.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

People often ask how big Glastonbury is.
This link gives one of the better impressions of scale I have seen.

Already had him at the O2 in Birmingham for Me First And The Gimme Gimmes, and also Extreme touring Pornograffiti. His favourite so far though was Slash and Myles at Nottingham arena last year. Maiden will eclipse that though I'm sure.

I was at that Slash/Myles gig was a great night. Sounds like his education is coming on nicely.
Just seem Martha and the Vandellas are coming to Norwich - another one to the list.
Fancy that being this years Birthday outing Boo? 18 December, tis a Sunday. - Christmas due to end that day for me so should be doable.

Sad news about Inspiral Carpets drummer Craig Gill passing away today. 44 years old is no age to go.
Only seen them once, supporting Shed Seven on their winter tour last year; have never seen a sizeable place (o2 Academy) so rammed for a support act. They were a great warm up for SS and had the place bouncing.
2016, no more please.
