Brilliant, brilliant read. I have read and enjoyed every word.

Keep writing please but, whatever you do, don't erase the memory of your childhood however negative it was.

The major fascination for me, though, was the profusion of inclined electricity towers.

Try as I might, I've been racking my brains to understand why they are inclined - I can't grasp it at all. The cables you see are not support cables, they are power cables.

Anyone know?

Have to say, I thought they were jolly exciting to see, like an 8th miracle of the world. I don't believe we have any inclined electricity pylons in Europe.

It looks as though they are set into the side of a valley/ravine.  Perhaps they are at an angle so as not to be visible on the skyline?  It's a pretty clever way of hiding them, if so.

Really enjoyable write up.

Honest, self-evaluative and humble.

All the best for future events.

I'm possibly one of the most balanced fans on here

You're definitely not.

I got 50 at 2.12. Am mobile so not the easiest to keep f5ing. More facts, less hyperbole next time please.  After all 10 k fans has no relevance, or quoting an amount an individual has got on when we have no idea if this is a big or small bet for the person

It is relevant in the sense that it's not a standard rangers home match where the visitors will have only 2000 tickets allocated.

It's a semi final played in a 'neutral' venue.  If it was played at Hampden I imagine the ticket allocations would have been similar.

I was of the mind that every little helps with regards to information.  I learned that on here, I think.

Suggested stake Dundee u pls, and where

To strengthen this, rangers number 1 keeper is out injured and although it's at ibrox United have sold over 10000 tickets.

The Tennents Sixes.

Proper, smashing, vicious, manly, ball winning challenges being allowed.

Life must be really placid in Mantis Towers if he needs to come over here to have an argument.

Seems like he's just sticking up for himself which he is entitled to do.

He seems to get a raw deal here.

Even in war there are rules.

Nothing justifies this.

Whether the enemy would do the same to them is not relevant.

In my opinion, the order of priorities for kids playing football goes;

fun > respect > skill development > results

With that in mind, celebrations and expressing your love of the game should be actively encouraged.  Gloating after scoring is not on but a wee dance is the least the lad deserves!

In saying that, the coach seems to have set out rules that (for better or worse) are well intentioned and must be adhered to.

Just let kids be kids I say.

2 magnificent goals. I believe Sidwell scored the second.

Just finished Guilem Balague's book  on Pep Guardiola.

Really enjoyed it.  An absolute must-read for any serious fan of football.

In-depth and captivating.  Pep seems like a top man and a real football man.

And on the coupon that we can't mention, I have gone Benzema, Michu, Lukaku, Balotelli.  I was limited to £12 on the trebles, so did that on the 4 fold too.  Don't know how we can bet this without mentioning it, but has anybody got anything against these 4, or better options?

I read a coupled places that Osvaldo to start for Italy.

Giroud or Benzema to start seems a toss up but it'd be tough to bench Giroud after 2 goals v Australia IMO.

Georgia will set up ultra defensive as they have done for last few games against everyone. I don't expect a cricket score in this one.

I like Osvaldo, Lukaku, Rooney, Giroud on the coupon.
